I already recommended Jacuzzi and they have an appointment scheduled within the next couple of weeks.

The biggest problem we had was with communication. No one seemed to know who was doing what and when.

The person who handles payments was very unprofessional and hung up on me at one point. Before the project started, they told me the date the project was going to start. They didn't have the appropriate parts, something you should have already checked before scheduling.

I am very satisfied. The first time I got in I ran out of hot water. It is so great.

It was a great experience. The guys that installed it were super nice, efficient, and hard-working. Jacuzzi did a good job.

I've had a lot of difficulty with the financial part of the project with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel. That part has been very problematic for us. Other than that, the installation went very well.

They had excellent quality and service, but they were a bit pricey.

The shower floor is so slick, I have already slipped 3 times haven't fallen yet but I sure it's just a matter of time.

I was made to sign a statement with the finance company saying the job is substantially complete when the job hadn't even begun so I could obtain financing. I was to receive a 3D rendering of the project - never got it because I was told "your job is not a standard install".

Very nice but very expensive

The install team is very nice and considerate. They answered our questions about the new facilities. I am particularly impressed at the lengths they went to minimizing the clean-up needed. As I am filling this out, the same team that did the other bathroom remodel is working on our second bathroom.

What we got was a four. It was terrible. The installers themselves were great—they did an immaculate job. But the main visible piece is the glass wall, and if we can’t get that installed correctly, then it feels like we may have wasted our money.

I was unsatisfied with the first line of communication, the scheduler/scheduling, but the rest of the experience was OK. I wouldn't want anyone I referred to have the same scheduling hassle, so I can't say with confidence that I'd recommend anyone - without fair warning.

Quality work and reasonable price.

Still have to get grab bars installed as they don’t have the correct ones at install. Also have some concerns about the door.

Julian and George were very knowledgeable and worked well together. I would highly Jacuzzi bath again!!

The overall experience was very pleasant. The crew that came in was professional and respectful of our needs and privacy. The quality of the materials installed were excellent, and the installation process seemed to be very thorough and appropriate for what was needed. I spoke with the city of Chandler inspectors who came and they thought they were doing a great job.
