I was made to sign a statement with the finance company saying the job is substantially complete when the job hadn't even begun so I could obtain financing. I was to receive a 3D rendering of the project - never got it because I was told "your job is not a standard install".

Very nice but very expensive

The install team is very nice and considerate. They answered our questions about the new facilities. I am particularly impressed at the lengths they went to minimizing the clean-up needed. As I am filling this out, the same team that did the other bathroom remodel is working on our second bathroom.

I was very happy with their work.

What we got was a four. It was terrible. The installers themselves were great—they did an immaculate job. But the main visible piece is the glass wall, and if we can’t get that installed correctly, then it feels like we may have wasted our money.

I was unsatisfied with the first line of communication, the scheduler/scheduling, but the rest of the experience was OK. I wouldn't want anyone I referred to have the same scheduling hassle, so I can't say with confidence that I'd recommend anyone - without fair warning.

Quality work and reasonable price.

Still have to get grab bars installed as they don’t have the correct ones at install. Also have some concerns about the door.

The overall experience was very pleasant. The crew that came in was professional and respectful of our needs and privacy. The quality of the materials installed were excellent, and the installation process seemed to be very thorough and appropriate for what was needed. I spoke with the city of Chandler inspectors who came and they thought they were doing a great job.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is very professional. They are very responsive to any questions, and they take care of things that you have concerns about.

The installer was professional and helpful with questions. The cleanup and prep were very good.

A one day installation has so far taken 3 months and it is still not complete. I am on the schedule again for having the new tub and new surround walls ripped out and reinstalled, hopefully properly.

The end product is good but the lack of communication during the process was frustrating.

Stop canceling us and stick to the dates you said you would come

It took me three months to get my shower installed after I paid in full, and I still do not have my doors, and it's been almost a week.

The crew was very efficient, kept everything very clean, and left everything just like they found it.

Quality materials, excellent craftsmanship, and virtually no disruption of our normal routine. I felt as though the whole process had been thought out and rehearsed

They were excellent. They came right on time. They did a great job. They cleaned up properly. They were good.

This project was scheduled several months ago with assurance that all be available. A day or 2 of the scheduled start date we were called to confirm that all was ready to go. The afternoon of the start of work we were called and told that the material for the the second phase was not available and they had no idea when it would be. The only information, after 3 days of waiting for a calls from Jacuzzi, was initiated by us and the response was I don't know

At the meeting I was only given 3 choices for the wall and I wondered.....only later learning rep should have shown more. Like my choice buy will always wonder what if. The pan/ floor of the shower is very very slick when wet. For safety purchased a mat. I was quite surprised since advertise about shower safety over tub. But overall satisfied with product and installation.

We own a high dollar home and had a full tile snail shower. We were reluctant to change until Steve showed us something different. Glad we chose you!! The shower is gorgeous and looks 10 times better and more efficient than before. Jonathan and co workers were so accommodating and did a beautiful job. We have had the whole neighborhood asking to see finished shower and all were very impressed. Thank you and I will tell and show everyone how happy we are with our new shower.

My experience with Jacuzzi Bath was less than satisfactory. It took four months from signing for anybody to contact me and let me know that the materials were in. It took another two weeks to schedule the installation. Upon the initial install, that I took a day off work for, they realized something had been measured incorrectly and I needed to wait another four weeks. The glass company still hadn't called me despite messaging them multiple times after the installation was compacted. The glass company dropped the ball and I didn't hear from them for several weeks. It was supposed to be one week from the bath install for the glass to be installed. The original sales person told me it would take 4-6 weeks from signing to get a full install. It has been almost five months and I still don't have a working shower.

I had a bad experience with the shower glass not being ordered and it took an extra week for completion

The installers were awesome and above average. They were quick and professional.

The guys were so professional, friendly, and they really did the job well. They explained what they were doing every step of the way, and cleaned up after themselves. The shower is beautiful!

I was very pleased with what the Jacuzzi boys did; they are the ones who took out the cast iron tub and installed the walk-in shower. My positive feelings with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel ended with the installers. I would rate the boys higher, at a nine, but for the whole organization and the way things went from there, I would not recommend it on a rating of even a three.

It took a little longer than we were informed, and we had to have them come back, which was a lot more than we expected.

I highly recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel to anyone looking for a reliable company to do the job.

Expensive for Quality I did Not receive .. told the sales lady I am willing to pay a bit more for quality and I have seen other jobs like this which are so much cleaner and nicer. I regret my purchase.

Unfortunately, my overall experience would not allow me to suggest to anybody else to go through this. It took longer than it was supposed to take, left damage that it wasn't supposed to leave, and other than that, I mean, it's an okay shower bed/glass door.

It wasn't clear on the interest % for the financing. The price didn't include the glass. Had to pay extra for that. Also time to install was long and having to wait 2 weeks for glass to fet installed.

It has been over 4 months since we bought and paid for our shower, and we still do not have it.
