We were excited to get a new shower and separate bath tub for our master bedroom. We were contacted about setting up the install, but were advised it would only be for the shower half of the project. The install guys were great! Unfortunately, neither they nor the install manager could tell us when to expect the glass portion of the shower and the batch tub portion of the project. We’re approaching a week of having an unusable shower. I’m giving a 5 at this time because the shower install guys were so good.
The installation team was excellent and very professional. The sales process needs work. There were some items left off that I only got resolution for two months later. It was not a perfect solution, but the items were credited to my account. I needed an ADA seat, but the sales manager did not respond in a timely manner before the installation crew arrived. I had to work with the installation manager, who gave me the credit and not the sales manager. The sales management team was poor.
All work and cleanup was excellent. although I thought the price was high
The quality of product is not worth the price that we paid. Acrylic inserts do not cost this much, and our perfectly good copper pipes were removed to be replaced with PEX. Which is TOXIC. Not good at all.
There were less expensive ways, but the quality is worthwhile.
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel was totally professional. They took care of all my property. Everything that they did was just perfect.
Had two baths done and one the shower pan has soft spots and the caulk is already cracking. The second one is great so far.
Sale to installation took 2 months. But you were quick to draw on my account the next day.
The wrong size shower rod was brought to the job, even though they had the measurements for the item. I was told I would have to supply one myself. Although this isn't a big ticket item, when I contacted customer care about getting a credit for the shortage of material they told me they couldn't do that because the price was included in the package. I asked if I could be reimbursed for what I had to purchase to make the shower usable, they again said they couldn't do that. Now I'm pretty sure someone at Jacuzzi knows the individual prices of the items in the package, and I'm also pretty sure someone there knows how to write a check. It isn't that they can't make it right, it's that they won't. Terrible excuses and buyer beware!
They were clean, fast, on time, and polite. The final product is beautiful.

I have been very pleased with the work so far. I have two projects in the completion process. The first was completed and the work was outstanding. The second hasn't begun yet. I have had issues with scheduling and switching dates around. I have been very dissatisfied with that.
This was a tub and shower enclosure that Jacuzzi Bath Remodel did for us. The water flow before installation was fine. When they were done, the water flow was poor. They came back to "fix it," and they could not fix it. They replaced parts with the same parts; nothing changed. Water flow is poor after the installation. That is totally unacceptable. Jacuzzi couldn't fix it or wouldn't fix it; I don't know the answer to that. There were more issues, but this is the one that really got us.
I was thoroughly happy with everything that they did. They were clean and neat. The gentlemen were very nice. This is my second one that I have had put in.
I like the shower they installed. The worker was very courteous and kept things as clean as possible.
The guys who did the work were fantastic. I loved them. We had to get the work rescheduled and left four or five messages to the administration or office. They never returned my call and I had to call until I got them on the phone. The finances weren't very clear. That area needs improvement.

I love the new fixtures and the shower itself BUT the drain is to deep and you can't seem to fix it. The seat that was put in is extremely slippery and difficult to use as a seat. Our shower door is leaking and it's only been in for a month. We called for help and we are snowbirds and it takes to LONG to get something fixed. They also somehow got glue on my tile floor which was difficult to remove.
Costco vendor, higher end Quality, dispute resolution through Costco if necessary. The staff are attentive and the ones I had experience were good.

The two men who installed my new shower were friendly and courteous. They covered a path to the bathroom to protect the floor. They worked steadily and efficiently. They had suggestions and kept me informed about their progress. The shower looks great and I am very pleased.
We were very much pleased with the entire experience with 2 exceptions. 1) We are supposed to get a Costco shop card and I requested that we receive a plastic card. I have been contacted twice about the shop card being digital. We don't have a digital device, so that is a problem. 2) Jacuzzi's advertising is somewhat deceptive in the timing. The installation was in fact done in 1 day, but we waited about 8 weeks for the installation. The advertising leads one to believe that the entire process would be a much shorter time.

The showerhead is so low I can't stand up under it. Cannot use my expensive new bath. I will warn people not to use you.
They did an exceptional job. They were very professional, kind, and courteous. I made a note about their caulking lines and how impressed I was they could get a caulk line that smooth.

The contract was to be completed by the end of January; it is the end of March and it is not completed and I cannot get anyone to call me back or come out to finish the job. I now have two bathrooms I cannot use. They have stopped returning my calls and have stopped talking to me.
The door was supposed to be done by someone else, but they went out of business when I paid them.
The 3 rescheduling of installation dates caused by issues on your side were unacceptable. Customer service related to these delays was minimal at best. I understand that there can be delays due to a variety of reasons, but 3 times is 2 times too many. The installation itself was exceptional and so far I am very pleased with the product.

The biggest problem we had was with communication. No one seemed to know who was doing what and when.
The person who handles payments was very unprofessional and hung up on me at one point. Before the project started, they told me the date the project was going to start. They didn't have the appropriate parts, something you should have already checked before scheduling.
