We were totally satisfied with the whole process. The reason I gave an 8 is we usually don't give out recommendations unless someone asks us specifically who we used for a service and if we were happy with it.

Excellent work completed as scheduled by a pair highly skilled installers.

I didn't appreciate their installers, and they told us one thing and something else was done. When the guy was here to give us the estimate, he told us all these different things that were going to be paid for and neglected to tell us that we would not get glass with our shower.

Be open and upfront about expectations. When the gentlemen arrived to install the bathroom, we were not informed that we needed to inform the other residence of the water being shut off. This created a delay in the beginning of the work. Locating the water shut-offs were also issues we had to resolve.

Their price is high.

I will advise everyone on the app. If they’re going with Jacuzzi to be very careful with the sales person, I thought I was only applying for the loan, I called in two days later I told the salesman I was getting other estimates so so I called in two days later to tell Jacuzzi, I was going with them and the girl told me your order has already been put in

Quality materials were used, workmanship was exceptional, and overall end result was as we had hoped.

Everything came out well. There is a gap between the shower floor and my tile.

I really like it. I think they did a great job.

Jorge was the only professional, quiet, well-behaved installer in the crew. The other workers in the crew have behavior issues.

Driver sent to wrong address 2 hours away. I tried for an hour to reach someone to let me know if he was still coming. Just got the same run around saying we’d have to reschedule. After my third call the drive/installer finally called saying he was 45 minutes away. He said he advised the “production” team of this but no one ever called us. So communication was extremely frustrating. We almost left for the day to run errands & shopping but he called before we left. As you can imagine if we were gone after he just drove an extra 4 hours counting the wrong address how upset he would have been! The project itself is wonderful but that day was very frustrating!!

The sales process was upsetting, and it wasn't fully explained. I don't have a copy of the warranty. They sent one to my email, and I can't find it. I have asked for a hard copy, and they won't provide one for me. I don't know what the warranty is and was not fully informed about the product. The guy who sold me the product was more occupied with the person he was training. The schedulers didn't know what they were doing. They called and said they had everything they needed and set up a time. I work, so I changed my plans to be there, and then they canceled on me. They had the parts for one bathroom, but not the other, and they already sent the crew to a different location. The day they finally came out, they waited for four hours for the city inspector to come. It took three days instead of two, and I had to scramble to find a way to be there. They are way overpriced too. horrible. The installers were stellar, but the salesmen and schedulers were not good.

The quality of the bath is fantastic; the instllation- they had to come back immediately to fix something. There was an immediate warranty call.

Everything explained in detail. Questions were answered.

I would recommend Jacuzzi. They use good products and have an excellent installer in Johnny, but I would also warn anybody that I recommended that they should keep a close watch on the communication of the rest of the company communications failed miserably.

They do quality work.
