We were surprised to see & hear the lack of communication between the work team and the manager & with us regarding the lack of correct materials and the timeline to get the work done properly. It just seems like the logistics were not coordinated properly for the work team to get their work done efficiently. These comments are in regards to the master shower job.
The guest shower was done must more smoothly with just one hiccup ~ but that was resolved fairly quickly and the shower was completed in a much shorter time than the master shower.
We are pleased with the end results.

The worst most frustrating experience of my life dealing with jacuzzi the one day bathroom remodel is going on now for three months. I’m getting new information that there has to be another inspection after it’s complete. I was never told that I was never told that the inspection cannot be done on the day of the install turned out that we had to wait a second day for the first inspector to come now I get an email telling me that after it’s all completed Maricopa, the county needs to make another inspection. Unbelievable what you guys should put me through I’ve reported you to Costco they’re looking into this. It has been a nightmare the scheduling the install installing the one department doesn’t know what the other department is doing. I would never ever recommend jacuzzi to anyone.

They took too long to get the materials together and to properly identify the items that I ordered.

It is a little pricey.

Customer service was fantastic on the phone and in person!

The customer service and call backs were terrible. Sales person, was just that. Took the order. Didn’t explain options. Never returned calls or texts.
I called numerous times to get quotes on shelves, answers and spoke to multiple people and I had to initiate calls to get answers. They were nice, but never got results.
The scheduler was the person that got my grab bar shelf ordered.
We are in Montana for the spring, summer and fall. So we have not tried the shower.
It looks great.

I would not recommend Jacuzzi for lack of customer service or follow up on such a big purchase.

There was not one part of the installation that I wouldn’t recommend to a friend. Especially bc of Phoenix. It couldnt have gone more smoothly.

They did a wonderful job and it looks amazing! Would definitely recommend!

The work was done quickly.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel did not finish the job, but is collecting money. I am still waiting for them to put in the grab bar and grab bar shelf. I've tried to contact them with no response. There is no way I'd recommend them to anyone.

I would not recommend them wholeheartedly due to the number of times they had to come back and redo our shower tiles

They did not respond to my complaint about the caulking.

Installation really was done in 1 day!. Installers were thorough and courteous.

Working with Jacuzzi through their program with Costco was a great experience, and gave us some credits as well!

Everything was perfect, so I would recommend them to anybody!

For the most part I would recommend, especially if going through Costco.

2 shower projects, 2 different teams, first shower took 3 attempts/visits to fit a window kit and still waiting for door roller caps. Second shower is not finished as I have had to do half the shower demolition and hire a plumber, electrician, drywall guy and work with the glass vendor to finish the project. If you are looking to overpay for an average job and project manage the job yourself this is the deal for you. I was expecting much more from the Costco/Jacuzzi team brand.

Everything went very well. The price was competitive.
