The work was done quickly.
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel did not finish the job, but is collecting money. I am still waiting for them to put in the grab bar and grab bar shelf. I've tried to contact them with no response. There is no way I'd recommend them to anyone.
I would not recommend them wholeheartedly due to the number of times they had to come back and redo our shower tiles
They did not respond to my complaint about the caulking.
Installation really was done in 1 day!. Installers were thorough and courteous.
Working with Jacuzzi through their program with Costco was a great experience, and gave us some credits as well!
Great work
The actual product is wonderful; the customer service is not good at all.
Work was completed in one day, excellent installation with quality materials
Everything was perfect, so I would recommend them to anybody!
For the most part I would recommend, especially if going through Costco.
2 shower projects, 2 different teams, first shower took 3 attempts/visits to fit a window kit and still waiting for door roller caps. Second shower is not finished as I have had to do half the shower demolition and hire a plumber, electrician, drywall guy and work with the glass vendor to finish the project. If you are looking to overpay for an average job and project manage the job yourself this is the deal for you. I was expecting much more from the Costco/Jacuzzi team brand.
Everything went very well. The price was competitive.
It took three times to get it correct
I am unhappy with the shower glass.
Master bath tub was design wrong and material used wasn’t made for project resulting in ugly panel backing. Won’t resolve issue.
The installers were very good. I have no problem with the installation at all. The problems I have are with the materials themselves. The shower pan is extremely slippery. This was confirmed by the representative over the phone and the tech that came later. I slipped and nearly fell 3 times in my first shower. The valve has such a limited range of settings, in order to create an even hot/cold mix, the water pressure was way down coming out of the head. Lastly, and certainly not least, the curtain rod refuses to stay mounted on the wall. It is of a similar design, expand and lock in place, as the one I used previous. After 6 attempts to keep it in place, a tech visited and attempted to install a different brand of the same design. It fell off within minutes. I reinstalled my previous rod and it has worked so far. For what I paid for this shower, I expected a curtain rod that would be custom fit to the opening. A rod with 2 mounting brackets and a single rod. I believe such a rod is on order and we're just waiting to install it, but it should have been done the first day.
The very first time, I was not satisfied with it, because it cracked. It cracked in certain places after the installation. The commercial says it takes one day to do the replacement, to tear everything out and put it back in. It took them four days to do it. That part I wasn't happy with.
It's hard to say whether or not I'd recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel to a friend because of the cost. Our experience with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel was really great! The two gentleman that worked with us were spectacular, and they did a great job. So far, quality and job wise, we're all satisfied. If there's one thing to be constructive with is that along the procedure some of the ceiling chipped off some paint. It really is super minor. Right after the job, there's a very small but visble section. We were expecting a full service, so they could have at least painted it up since we don't have materials at home. If you get the work done at your house, when they leave, you expect a full service that's clean and everything along with the wall being painted. There was some work left that we had to do ourselves. I don't know what category that would fall into since the job was not theirs or ours, but we weren't told about it. The rest was all great, especially the two workers that were sent over here. They were spectacular and did a great job. It was just a minor thing, but we expected it since it was super minor. I don't know if it's the company's protocol to not take care of it, but it seems that it's not the issue there. It's not our choice for the ceilings paint to be chipped off either with the demolition, and that's inevitable. It happened too, so we kind of expected that it could have at least been done before they left. We didn't question anymore, so we decided to just take care of it.
The process with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel was extremely easy, and the installation was faster than expected.
My husband was here for most of the build, but I think they did an excellent job. It looks amazing.
The whole process was very smooth and efficient. The salesperson did a good job of reviewing the design options available. He created a design for us. The scheduling was seamless. The installers were professional and courteous. They did a good job. We had a very good experience with the design and installation process.
The installation and timing were great. They did not install what was in the contract.
Still waiting for my shower. No eta yet. Jacuzzi dropping the ball.
I was under the impression the installers were fully trained and all work was professionally reviewed, that is not the case, and I felt extremely dissatisfied after learning this.
