I am very happy with the final product but the communication issues with Michelle as well as several silly, unnecessary mistakes throughout the process (of building a spec home and not a custom home) would make me hesitant to recommend building in Crawford Creek specifically.
I will be neutral as of right now. The location of Brighton Landing was the major factor of me buying house right here. I was told that Ivey is a good builder, but I can't not tell if that is true. Because I have my friends built their houses at Evans with other home builders and they didn't want trough issues like me.
The warranty is very detailed and the binder that came with home are both great. Everyone was courteous, kind, and helpful.
Ivey has worked with us very well. They were a delay with somethings, but they worked at a reasonable pace, and I have really enjoyed working with them.
Some of the stuff that is standard is not standard. The bathroom, commodes, they are super low to the ground. To get all four bathrooms up to regular height would be a lot of money. I am a short person and I'm having trouble. People don't want what is standard. It makes the house more expensive. We put 50-80k more dollars because the standard stuff is not what people want. We have lived in the house for 30 days, and we are already trying to renovate the commodes.
I did a referral but the referral never went through the site. I wasn't informed of the correct profit.
Leaning towards “not” though.
Nice home and good reputation, They had good customer service.
Everyone knew their job and at times it felt like I was working with family members. They took care of me and answered my questions.
They are very helpful and professional.
I have been in my home now for about two years now. I am constantly having drainage problems along with the house next door. THEY promised me I was not going to have a problem.. Each time Ivey responds, saying drainage is up to specification. NOW it's starting to smell like swamp...I have had several other landscape companies out and they say it's a problem. Ivey keep giving me the runaround. I think I need to take other actions now...
Ivey Residential is very professional and attentive to our needs and schedule. They were very easy to deal with.
Ivey Residential was very helpful and great every step of the way. The superintendent was nice and made sure that everything that needed to be in the home was in the home.
I had a great experience, they are very knowledgeable, and helpful. Any questions I had they answered. Some minor details could have been handled faster to avoid issues at the end of construction. Kent was not there, so there was another supervisor. He did an outstanding job at following through, explaining, and walking us through the process. They finished everything we asked of them, even after closing. Adriana and Becky were awesome. They explained all the options available, and helped us with our decision.
Our new house is beautiful, we couldn’t be any happier !
The process was excellent and everyone was nice and considerate, and I am so happy with the finished product.
Everything as far as the superintendent, the staff and the sales rep were all really great!
I was really satisfied with the quality of work that the company does.
I already have.
It was an easy home buying experience. We did not have any issues, and they were very efficient.
I absolutely enjoyed my experience with Ivey. It was a seamless process to go under contract and move in to our beautiful home. Becky was fantastic and was extremely flexible with her schedule to accommodate our needs. I will definitely buy an Ivey home in the future.
My experience went well. If I could change anything, it would be they need an informational session of what all to expect.
Ivy Residental needs better supervision with the subcontractors to improve the final product for the consumer.
I love new townhouse! Just make sure you are extra thorough during your HOOT some things are always missed during the construction of the house, and if you don't say anything about it they won't fix it.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Ivey Residential as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
