I have been in my home now for about two years now. I am constantly having drainage problems along with the house next door. THEY promised me I was not going to have a problem.. Each time Ivey responds, saying drainage is up to specification. NOW it's starting to smell like swamp...I have had several other landscape companies out and they say it's a problem. Ivey keep giving me the runaround. I think I need to take other actions now...

I had a great experience, they are very knowledgeable, and helpful. Any questions I had they answered. Some minor details could have been handled faster to avoid issues at the end of construction. Kent was not there, so there was another supervisor. He did an outstanding job at following through, explaining, and walking us through the process. They finished everything we asked of them, even after closing. Adriana and Becky were awesome. They explained all the options available, and helped us with our decision.

I love new townhouse! Just make sure you are extra thorough during your HOOT some things are always missed during the construction of the house, and if you don't say anything about it they won't fix it.

Our entire process with Ivey was excellent! I’d rank them at a 9.5 out of 10. We had a few mishaps that was taken care of properly. Timing was spot on despite a few scares,they had all of there subcontractors working around the clock to ensure deadlines were met. Even the quality remained solid through how quickly things were done. That’s the part my wife and I were most impressed about. I would definitely recommend them to build your home so if you have a opportunity to build Ivey is the company to use! Overall satisfied customers.
