They're poor communicators. They don't follow through with what they say.

They have great service.

They put the wrong color roofing on. He said him and the boys would come back and paint the trim, but that's the only thing he offered.

They were the best service I ever had.

They rectified the problems we had fairly well.

The work done was more than satisfactory, but your office has failed in that I have received unnecessary and threatening collection notices, when the work has not been completed, and when they should have notified my insurance company of the finished portion of this work.
Allan D.
The sales representative was very good and very responsive. The crews that came in were very nice, and they cleaned up properly. All in all it was a very good job.

I have recommended InFront to a friend already. The system that InFront has in place makes it an easy decision to choose them for roofing.

Anytime I hear of family, friends, or even strangers considering a new roof I will gladly recommend InFront every time. They genuinely care about their customers from start to finish and everyone has been so pleasant including Jody, post work inspectors, and even billing. Having my roof replaced is a huge relief thanks to InFront.

The roofers did an excellent job on my roof. I am very satisfied with their work, but I am not happy with the salesman I worked with at InFront Roofing.

The quality of the work was acceptable, but the follow-up after completion was not.

InFront Roofing did an excellent job. The roofing job was great. They did everything that needed to be done, and they came up and followed up with me after the job was done, which I liked a lot.

They did an overall good job. The service rep is great to deal with and is always available when I call and need to ask a question.

Everything went well - would have preferred one point of contact rather than having to deal with multiple people which lead to some misunderstandings.
Chris A.
No issues with most of the process but was disappointed in not ever seeing my assigned project manager.

It was a pleasure dealing with them, from the first visit with the salesman. The whole project went as planned, and they did a good job. And I don't have to clean gutters anymore!
