Signed contract for $4,600. to eliminate "belly" in sewer line to street that contained standing water. Inspection by township after work was completed reveled that condition still existed.

What causes large gaps between window frames and the brick of my home? It looks like someone tried to caulk it previously, but it just pulled away again.
