I do not recommend Menold Construction & Restoration to do repairs as they cut corners. It took several tries to repair the roof and things got wet inside because it wasn't repaired. You can more than likely call the manufacturer that made the window and just have a replacement sash made.

The roof and foundation of my house needs to be fixed. If I get the roof done first because it is leaking, will it be affected when the foundation is fixed?
