HomeFix Norfolk kept me involved in the process the whole way. From scheduling, making sure to fix my issues in a timely manner, and the clean up, they were professional in every way.

I liked their customer service and their quickness; the installers were amazing, generous, very informative, and polite.

The installation went well but I have a concern that seem to be dismissed. I now have someone comming to my home to address my concern. Hopefully that person can explain and cause my issue to be corrected.

Not having someone with the crew that could communicate in English, made it very hard to ask questions. Took 3 days to complete and the last day only 2 guys were sent to finish up. A number of issues were provided to Chris today during the walk around.

The teams were consistently at the place of work by roughly 8:30 am. They worked tirelessly throughout the day literally nonstop until roughly 7 pm each night having to drive back and forth to Richmond, VA (60 miles away). They were perfectionists and every turn and very informative throughout the entire project. Kudos to both Andrew and Daris for guiding the project and their insightful collaboration with me throughout. I definitely appreciated the two of you keeping me abreast.
