My premium vinyl shake siding kept falling down, the guys came back out but it was impossible to foresee which panels would fall off next so I started screwing the panels back up when they continued to come half way off and needed extra support screws. I cannot express how disappointing it is to experience poor workmanship. Im done expressing my opinion, I'm not trying to beat this to death.

Great experience. The folks that did the work were outstanding. I was expecting to still find many nails left over in the yard based on other experience but hardly found any (2)

I liked how everything went from the gentleman who set up the appointment for the consult, to the person who came out and gave me the quote all the way to the team of guys that came out and did the job. Even the lady who set up the appointment was verily curteous

The wrong siding was ordered, halfway through had to decide whether to keep what was on or wait over a month for the correct siding, leaving the house half finished during that time. The area around the windows was left looking worse than when they started, that took another month and countless calls and managers to work out. Communication was inconsistent. Workers tried working until 10pm one night and the operations office was not answering phone calls (because it was 9:30pm). Multiple calls with management was needed to work this out. A table was broken, we were compensated for it, but at what we paid for it, not what it costs now or the shipment costs. The whole process was just painful.

After the issue with the electricity, it gives me pause on using HomeFix Norfolk for other projects. We had to replace multiple outlets.

The roof is perfect. The experience has been traumatic for several reasons. What I was told and what has happened are completely different. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent Job

Sales pressure was WAY too high. The original price was also WAY WAY WAY too high. After threatening to cancel the contract I was able to negotiate a reasonable price competitive to other contractors quotes.

The installation went okay. With a few caveats.

- The guys stayed WAY too late. Until after 10pm one night.
- The guys left the disconnect on the AC unplugged leaving the house very warm overnight. With 90+ degree days coming fast I had to pay $125 to have an AC guy come over and look at the unit to see what was wrong. Only for him to just plug the disconnect back in, write me an invoice, and then off he went.
- And they left SO MUCH garbage all over our yard!! All around the house. Nails, banana peels, orange peels, water bottles, Starburst wrappers, cigarette butts. They told me they would be back the next day to clean up. But they never did. We had to clean up behind them. I’m still finding nails all over the yard By the driveway. In the backyard where the dogs play.

The work was done, as promised. I’d recommmend the company to anyone..

The siding is beautiful. We went with Mystic Blue. We have gotten lots of complements on the job. Also the gutter crew found rot under the guttering. They did replace the wood and put up new gutters which look great.

I would be unlikely to recommend based on my lack of confidence in how the siding will hold up long-term based on what I would consider to be less than 5-star workmanship.

All the gentlemen who came to my home were very professional and cared about my property. I was very pleased.

I was satisfied until i received a letter from an aqua finance saying they bought the contract with no explanation or no welcome package explaining the payment process some one just send your money here.there was a letter attached saying they share my information to anyone that ask for it.i still don’t have a contract for payment or the total amount or pay off if you could send this i would greatly appreciate it .feel like I’m being scammed.

The representative needs to let the client know exactly what they are getting, because some people don't know that there's a difference between vinyl siding and soffix which is an additional cost

The clean up after the job was unacceptable. I have picked up hundreds, maybe close to 1,000 roof nails all around the perimeter of my house. There was apparently no attempt to pass a magnet or any effort made in removing the nails.

They are great at what they do.

Every person that I’ve worked with on my house on this project has had exceptional customer service with my concerns, everything I want done they get it done. I remember that I worked with Mike Isaiah, Stefan, Omar, Brian, Bridgette, the rest of the crews on the Window team and the Siding team and the Gutter crew all very professional and provide great work. Plus they crushed Paramount Builders on the price.

I liked the way it was explained to what was going to be done and how. In a decent time frame.

When I called Stefan later with a question, I got an immediate answer that solved the problem.

Quick work and cleanup. Professional job.

The team of employees who came to replace the old windows, were very clean, efficient, very respectful of all that I have in my own, and they worked quickly.

I was suprised when windows were delivered. The color was wrong. The style was not what I was expecting. I asked not to install until I talked with Home Fix. I called left message. As soon as they opened I received a call from Sarah.. I explained the issues and said I would ok the installation: but, I felt an adjustment was needed in the contracted amount of money. I was concerned about resale complications Sarah, after researching, refunded money. The guys installing the windows were very impressive. John was very professional, also. Issues with the product was my only hang up. I thank all assisting with this issue.
