We are annoyed with the sales tactic the salesman used to sell our door. The quality of the door and the quality of the installation was as it was advertised. The salesperson was pushy. There were no options available to us to match our old door. We were relying on the salesman to match it and it does not match the original door.

The lack of communication with the project manager after the job was completed was minimal to none.

After agreeing to getting my windows replaced by them, I was worried about my decision. But after seeing them get the work done and enjoying the new windows they installed, I am convinced I made the right decision by choosing them.
