Service very excellent

Everything that HomeFix did for us was done with professionalism, a great attitude and was done quickly. We were very impressed and will not hesitate to recommend HomeFix in the future.

This project is the second major home remodeling job we've had done with HomeFix. First was 20 windows; second was a new front door. The crews they send out are professional and do meticulous work. I was very concerned with the front door installation as our interior is trimmed in detailed wood that is connected from top to bottom. It would've changed our entire look if not done well. Kenneth and his partner did an excellent job taking care of the entire job.

The gutter installation crew and Casey who came out to analyze the job were all PHENOMENAL! Casey understood the issues we were having immediately. The installation crew were friendly, pleasant, and really knew what they were doing (this was the 3rd house on which I've replaced gutters). Gutter work was completed quickly and very efficiently. It was a pleasure to watch a team work that smoothly. They worked with me to assure that downspout placement met my requirements. They did a beautiful cleanup job too! Would I recommend them? In a heartbeat!

HomeFix Custom Remodeling DMV is not a reliable company, no customer services at all. They never answer calls, email, or text message. There was a lack of communication about the timeliness, and I have no confidence in this company whatsoever. It took them three months to do the job with no notifications or updates. When we follow up, there was no one to be reached.

The salesperson was dishonest about the turnaround time. We were told about 2 weeks for installation, but it ended up being 4 months instead. That threw off our project completion. The backyard patio was partially completed, and waiting for the door to come. Now that it is too cold, we have to wait until spring to complete it.

HomeFix was friendly and explained why their product was good. They were willing to work with me on financing, and it is a high-quality product. The warranty was great.

They chipped a little piece of the wood that was inside the house, so I had to get paint to paint back over it. Everything else was good. One of my screens was torn, so they ordered me another one.

HomeFix Custom provided great customer service. When the installers came, they were professional and courteous. They did a great job.

The salesperson, London, was very professional, courteous, and knew what he was doing. It was the most pleasant sales experience I have ever had in-house. The installers were on time, efficient, clean, and left the room in better shape than when they came in. I could not be more happy. They charged an additional $3,000 for installing interior plywood around the rough opening of four windows because the windows they measured were smaller than the opening. They claimed to have replaced rotted wood, but never showed me the damage or obtained my approval for the work. If they did replace the wood, the materials could not of been more than four 2x4 piece of lumber.

The team was efficient and quick. They installed it in a few hours.

Very professional completed in 1 day

The staff was very customer friendly. They came in and did work. There was only one hiccup. When they took down my blinds, they broke a few brackets. It's very hard for me to get those brackets again. They were custom made.

Very disappointed with the extra charge other than agreed contract. Have to pay almost $300.00 for a 10ft 2x4 wood to replace a rotted base.

The two service men arrived on time. They polite and knowledgeable about the work to be done. They worked quickly and efficiently and finished the installation of the replacement sliding patio door in a timely manner. I first employed Homefix in Jan. 2000 replacing all my windows and a sliding door to my deck. The work done was excellent, especially since there had been a large snow storm a couple of days before the installation. I’ve been very satisfied with the windows for 24 years. I’m happy to recommend Homefix to anyone who needs replacement windows. I believe also answers all the following questions.6

I would have given a better rating but the workers trampled my plants and I was given a window that we did not request.
