Currently in process of settling issue regarding installation. My instructions were not followed, as agreed. My security doors were removed & I wanted them to remain. No mailbox in new door (which would not have been at issue if my instructions were followed). My brother has since hung a new mailbox. I'm going out of town tomorrow & have expressed thru calls, messages & email to customer Care that I fear for the safety of my home while I'm away. I've requested via calls several times & finally got a return message from Mr. Alexander that someone will come by today 11-18-25, btwn 2-4p.

The teams were consistently at the place of work by roughly 8:30 am. They worked tirelessly throughout the day literally nonstop until roughly 7 pm each night having to drive back and forth to Richmond, VA (60 miles away). They were perfectionists and every turn and very informative throughout the entire project. Kudos to both Andrew and Daris for guiding the project and their insightful collaboration with me throughout. I definitely appreciated the two of you keeping me abreast.

The crew of three worked well together. They were active. on the job every minute. on completion of their job they checked to make sure all was complete and in order.

the window measurer, the office staff, the installers. All knew their jobs and performed them pleasantly.

HomeFix is a quantitatively superior company compared to *every other home improvement company in my estimation! I fired at least 3 other companies that I even had agreements with, for new windows for my condominium. Finally I found this outfit and I'm so happy! Every phase of this experience was top notch and executed flawlessly. Every. So satisfying to find an ethical company.

You need to be upfront about timing and terms. The factory delivered the wrong screen door suggesting better quality control at the warehouse is required.the second door off the living room required modifications in place to have it lock requiring your team to spend an extra 90 minutes to finalize that installation.
