Work was completed as promised: detailed, thorough and efficient.
Everything was done to my satisfaction.
I still haven't received my refund check for something that they didn't install on my door. It's been well over 2 months.

Services is great but make sure you will confirm the contract.
My rating of 2 stars comes from the poor sales experience. Once the salesman got my $12,000, I heard from him again and had no way to make contact. Absolutely no follow up or “thank you for your business” Just take the money and run. When the roofers were in the middle of the job, another sales guy shows up. I thought it was to check on things but turns out he was there to sell me windows. I told him I’m about to start a Zoom meeting for work AND trying to hold back a puppy from jumping on him, I’m sitting on the floor and he’s leaning over me with a calculator showing me all sorts of options to pay for the windows that I told him I couldn’t buy. I was told I had 24 hours to buy them for some discount. Pressure. My recommendation would be to not blindside people and call ahead for an appointment. I really don’t like the whole up selling approach. The roofers are still hammering away and you’re trying to get more money out of me.
I do appreciate the workHomeFix Custom Remodeling did for me, but I like to deal with communication and I had bad communication with the first 2 guys. That is the only bad thing I can say. I really love the work you all do.
They do excellent work.
HomeFix Custom Remodeling (HCR) roofers arrived around 7:40 a.m. and no material at the house for them to begin work. Which was scheduled to start at 8 a.m. but didn't start until close to 9:30 9:45 a.m. Was told that material would be dropped off the day before work was to be done so that wouldn't happen. So that pushed the work to start late and work went late into the evening and of course workers will start rushing as it gets closer to and past knock off time.
Transparency was a big thing.
Additional Comments - The installers were great. They worked hard and left. They did a good job.
The work was done correctly and it was extremely fast so I'm happy with the work.
They don't like doing paperwork.

Recognized Excellence - I don't remember the guy's name who was heading the installation, but he was very friendly and showed me how to use the window before he left. They showed me that when we purchased them, but after he finished his work he showed me again. I think he was very good.
Additional Comments - I haven't had any bad experiences with HomeFix, which is why I've already told other people about them. I've had neighbors ask me what I thought about their services, and I told them to take a look. I told them that I liked HomeFix and I think they probably would too. I had two friends who said they might call. I don't know if you have your own bank or what, but you were much easier to deal with as far as payment. I had a couple other companies give me estimates, but as far as financing, they were like "well we don't know, we have to do this," but you all just made it easier. I don't know if you have your own bank, but it was just much easier and I liked that.

Areas Of Satisfaction - The workmanship was a better quality than I expected. It was actually more than what I expected. They used a high quality wood and covered it with aluminum providing longevity.
