Did very good job cleaning up everything before leaving. I didn't even have to clean the "new" windows, the installers made sure the windows were clean before they left.
The new windows look great on the house and I am sure that we will be able to tell a difference in our power bill because I have adjusted the thermostat two degrees and the house still feels just as cool. The windows in the sunroom have condensation on them every morning and this is the first time it has occurred.

I paid a lot for the door I got. It was around $4,000. I was told that it was a very strong door and that HomeFix Custom Remodeling would change the locks to match where we come into the house. The locks do not match coming into the house. They have not come out to fix them. I could have gone to Lowe's I feel and paid $300 instead.

I was impressed with the quality of their training and reputation. I was pleased with their overall desire to excel at what they are doing.
They certainly met or exceeded my expectations with the workmanship. They left everything neat and clean. They had their own tarps and took all the trash with them. I was really impressed by talking about this project, as they do this roof ventilation. It sticks above the roofline and supposedly the heat doesn't build up in the attic. Anything that helps the heat on the third floor is an unusual selling feature. On the roofline, if you look at the house from the street, there is a ridge and they put this special thing to allow the air to circulate more.

The speed in doing the work and the quality at that speed exceeded my expectations. The moment the installers got here they quickly set up quickly removed the shingles on my roof. They did the whole job and replaced the roof all in a day. I did not believe them when they said they were going to do it until I saw it. They did the work with high quality.
