The overall experience went well, however, there were some communication issues during the process.

The representative needs to let the client know exactly what they are getting, because some people don't know that there's a difference between vinyl siding and soffix which is an additional cost

The clean up after the job was unacceptable. I have picked up hundreds, maybe close to 1,000 roof nails all around the perimeter of my house. There was apparently no attempt to pass a magnet or any effort made in removing the nails.

They are great at what they do.

Every person that I’ve worked with on my house on this project has had exceptional customer service with my concerns, everything I want done they get it done. I remember that I worked with Mike Isaiah, Stefan, Omar, Brian, Bridgette, the rest of the crews on the Window team and the Siding team and the Gutter crew all very professional and provide great work. Plus they crushed Paramount Builders on the price.

I liked the way it was explained to what was going to be done and how. In a decent time frame.

When I called Stefan later with a question, I got an immediate answer that solved the problem.

Quick work and cleanup. Professional job.

The team of employees who came to replace the old windows, were very clean, efficient, very respectful of all that I have in my own, and they worked quickly.

I was suprised when windows were delivered. The color was wrong. The style was not what I was expecting. I asked not to install until I talked with Home Fix. I called left message. As soon as they opened I received a call from Sarah.. I explained the issues and said I would ok the installation: but, I felt an adjustment was needed in the contracted amount of money. I was concerned about resale complications Sarah, after researching, refunded money. The guys installing the windows were very impressive. John was very professional, also. Issues with the product was my only hang up. I thank all assisting with this issue.
