The reason for my score is because of the quality of the work done by the contractors.

HomeFix is a quantitatively superior company compared to *every other home improvement company in my estimation! I fired at least 3 other companies that I even had agreements with, for new windows for my condominium. Finally I found this outfit and I'm so happy! Every phase of this experience was top notch and executed flawlessly. Every. So satisfying to find an ethical company.

Overall a decent experience with getting new windows. I do not agree with the fact that there is not an invoice that breaks down how my money was spent. It makes it so the contractor can just pop out a price without having an explanation of everything and I think this day and age- that should not be acceptable practice.

One of seven windows too large to fit opening, necessitating modification of, and destroying integrity of, interior customized moulding; product design precluded ez re-hanging of customized wood blinds in another window. Exterior caulking gives appearance of "budget/low cost" job

You need to be upfront about timing and terms. The factory delivered the wrong screen door suggesting better quality control at the warehouse is required.the second door off the living room required modifications in place to have it lock requiring your team to spend an extra 90 minutes to finalize that installation.

The staff at HomeFix did an excellent job providing extensive information on the great quality of the windows. There was no pressure and all of my questions were answered. I feel that I made the best decision!
