The installer came at 7:45, the window was out when we had to leave for a doctor appt. at 9:00. We returned about 11:00 and the new window was in. The installer spent until 5:30 doing all the final touches and even stayed to do some chalking he was going to do the next day. When he left, he first made sure the furniture, pictures and blinds were back in place. The living room was completely restored to its original self except we had a beautiful window that we just sat in our chairs and enjoyed the view!
