From the initial meeting to the finishing of the job everything was handed with the highest level of professionalism.

Fix the dam holes on my roof now i have to pay the dish installer again to move it i told the roofer not to put it back up there.plus i had to remove a stack of materials from the middle of my front lawn i am a seventy five year old man that is trying to move a full stack of shingles.

The entire staff that worked on my home as well as the two representatives that came to my home to offer the free inspection and the sales rep.(Chris).

Give your best up front pricing from the beginning. I was close to refusing the offer.

I had a conversation with the coordinator about that. Home Genius Exteriors is not a for people who are looking to minimize their price, and it's not for everybody. For people who can afford it, they're great, and I will recommend them, but they have to be mindful for people who can afford. I highly recommend them because they were great, and we're excited with the new look as well as the insulation it's giving us.

They arrived on the scheduled time.

Home Genius seemed to provide everything that they said they were going to provide me with. It did not take them long to come out, start and finish the job, which was nice. In general, I am happy with what happened.

Everyone I dealt with on these jobs were excellent. Knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive when I had questions.

I liked the fact that the process was explained to me and I was kept up to date about everything that was happening. Many times contractors treat homeowners, especially female homeowners, like they are stupid and I didn’t feel that way at any point during the process.
