No communication. Never was a project manager on site. The guys that were here, I'm praying did right on what was supposed to have been done. They didn't know things that were suppose to have been done. Fortunately, I was here and noticed that they weren't and had to stop and correct them. Still have some skids with nails and vent stuff in my driveway that needs to be picked up. But the worst part was after the job was almost completed they went and did a hard hit on my credit??? Why. The roof is on. Were you gonna take it off?? Then some woman calls and wants to start talking about financing?? Told her I'm paying cash. Was trying to tell her about things that weren't properly done, she doesn't listen, wants to keep talking about some loan. Tell her again, not doing a loan. I finally asked if she understands me?? I finally just have to hang up on her, cause we weren't getting anywhere.

The gentleman that came and did the roof did an excellent job! I would absolutely have them back again to do further work for me.

The roof was done in a timely fashion. It is lovely and looks really good.

I would definitely recommend home genius exteriors to other people because they do a phenomenal job and they are quick and efficient, I was very impressed with how the roof looks and it was definitely worth it.

The quality looks great, but the mess that was left wasn't worth it.

They did a good job; the explanation was good. The ventilation system they put in was explained to us and we were pleased. Another company did not give me that setup, and that is the one thing that makes a difference with Home Genius Exteriors. The roof looks good and much better and the gutters are great too. The downspouts were put where the water flows better and does not go to one place.

I already have recommended Home Genius Exteriors - Charlotte to a friend. They did a beautiful job. It is like getting a new house. I had a new roof and new insulation, and the siding is absolutely beautiful.
