Hogan accommodated all the changes and details we wanted in place prior to the completion of our work. I would not recommend 360 painting to any friends/family/associates. It's too bad that some of the vendors are not up to the same standards Hogan outlines and states upfront. I understand service and partner constraints.

We made the decision to contract with Hogan for our remodel based on their professional approach to evaluating and bidding our project. We also researched their reputation for completing their work within their schedule and at the agreed to contract cost. Our experience supports their well deserved reputation as a high quality, professional company.

We are extremely happy with the remodel of our family room and foyer. The Hogan team completed the job as scheduled and stayed within our budget. The manager of our project Michael Martin did an excellent job coordinating the remodel.

I was disappointed during the bidding process regarding Hogan's mistake made regarding my cabinetry. I had indicated I wanted to mirror the WoodHarbor product that was just installed in our home office. Instead, a base line cabinet was quoted and contracted and I was hit with a large change order before the project even commenced. It would have entailed a quick call to Scott inquiring what had just been installed in our home office. This mistake started the project out on the wrong foot and created an immediate feeling of distrust and bait and switch, namely with Hogan having been the highest proposal received for our project.

We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Hogan especially Brad, Aubrey and Johnny. From our first meeting until the final inspection we were explained things throughly and all our questions were answered promptly. This is the second time we’ve used Hogan and after requesting Johnny we were once again so pleased with how our home turned out!

The Team At Hogan Design and Construction did a great job with our project even with all of the changes and issues that come up, they where willing to work with us to keep the project on track.

Communication and process was better than I could have ever expected.

I would not recommend Hogan. The quality has been good and the people are very knowledgeable and professional, however, we've had so many issues and setbacks in our project and there has been no urgency to address issues in order to complete the project in a timely manner. What should have been a 3 week project is now going on 4 months. We've also had to be the ones to follow-up instead of the other way around.

We are both busy executives and did not want to worry about our job. With Hogan, everything was done so well.

This is our fourth project with HD&C. Therefore based on how pleased we have been on the past three, it was an easy decision to go back to them.

I don't have any nightmare stories the way people tend to with this industry. I was amazed that I didn't have one. They had it together from A-Z. The communication was constant, and they really took care of me.

Subcontractors - Doug was awesome! If we do any more projects, I will definitely insist he be our project manager again! He was super organized; both my husband and I were impressed with his lists and notes on our kitchen remodel. He always communicated to me what was going on and did so in a timely manner. He checked in on the project every day and really just made the whole process very easy for us! Really I can't say enough good things about him in terms of his professionalism, communication, organization, kindness, and knowledge on our project (and even if he didn't know something, he figured it out really quickly). He is an asset to your company and if I talk to anyone about using Hogan, I will be recommending they specifically ask for him as I think he did a fantastic job and I could trust he'd do the same for anyone else!Oscar was always super polite and kind and cleaned up everything beautifully!Johnny fixed a problem with my stove top that I thought was going to be a big deal so I am super impressed with his work quality. Plus, he came on 3 different occasions to shovel my driveway (once even after our project was completed). Raul and his co-worker whose name I forgot, worked steadily and hard to complete my project. They even came in on a Saturday to finish some stuff up for me as I was having people over the following day. I am so appreciative of their time and efforts, not to mention they were both very kind.Really, I could put everyone's name on here. We were super impressed with quality and professionalism of everyone who came into our home. It's nerve racking as a stay at home mom to have a bunch of men in your home, especially when the kids are home, but everyone was very respectful and just worked hard on their job.

Areas For Improvement - They didn't. I hesitated to start the work, because I thought the cost was a little high, BUT it was totally worth it. My kitchen looks beautiful and was completed in the time frame allotted. I will definitely recommend Hogan to friends and would not hesitate to use them again! Great professionalism and workmanship!
