Originally I called to talk about redoing the bathroom. Even though I changed my mind about proceeding with that project, I did go ahead and have two basement windows replaced. Everyone I talked to or met from this company was pleasant, polite, and helpful. I'm very pleased with my new windows and was surprised at the speed of installation.
