The installer was on time both days of the project. The quality of his work was great. And he finished on time!

Bee Window, Inc. was excellent. From Vic Holove, the sales rep, to Mario Martinez and the installation team, they could not have been more professional, thorough, and patient. They were great!

We had a shower and a deep tub and shower installed the last week of July 2024. The shower is beautiful and safe to use. The deep tub shower is not. When we met with Justin, we stated we would like 2 grab bars also in the shower tub. We did not get the 2 grab bars. The nice gentlemen that did the installing said he put the backing in the walls so we could add the 2 grab bars. I called Bee Window and talked to Justin, and asked if someone could come out and install the grab bars. He said, no because the support was not installed, and it was. He also stated that if we installed them, it would void the contract. Now we have a shower, tub that is not safe to use. I was looking forward to using the deep tub, but without the grab bars, it is not safe. We do not understand, even if Justin doesn't remember us asking for the 2 bars, why wouldn't he have suggested it, for a safety reason.

Didn’t follow through on two agreements — project debris removal and gallon of primer.

Waiting on repair, no follow up have to reach out again.

Glad I replaced the windows. One bump but I think it will be resolved?

We had an excellent experience with Bee Windows. Beginning with the saleperson, Taylor, she was so friendly and patient and knowledgeable. She was able to add into our contract to have the installers remove our alarm sensors, blinds, curtain curtains and then re-hang them after they were done at no extra cost to us. I would highly recommend her! The installers, Matt and Tanner, were friendly and changed the color of our window trim at the last minute when requested. They cleaned up nicely after the job was done. The price and warranty were very competitive and the warranty was what attracted us to sign a contract with Bee Windows.

The product is great. We really like the siding and windows, however the communication and service was very poor, and our project is still not complete after 10 months.

I would never do business with bee window again. It is way over priced and the quality is poor. It seems that one team doesn't have a clue what the other teams are able to do or not do. Those writing orders or change orders should definitely know what is available and what it not. We are stuck with a white window in our master bath and all the other windows in our house are cashmere. Quality of the window is very cheap.

We love the new patio door that Bee installed. We were kept in the loop every step of the way.

I will keep Bee Window, Inc. information for any future projects we do at our home. We waited 11 years to replace a double window with patio sliding doors because we hadn't found anyone who knew how to do right. From the first call to the final installation, they knew what products to use to accomplish our goal and how to make it look like it had been there from when the home was built. The installers were polite, clean, kept me updated on everything and answered all our questions. Truly professional, skilled, tidy and efficient. We couldn't be happier.

He done a great job on the shower, he could have done a little better with clean up

We were very pleased with this company. They worked well with us, did a great job of communicating and "aimed to please". They obviously know their product and were able to answer questions and provide helpful input along the way. We are happy with the quality as far as we can tell thus far. We are loving spending time in our new room as it does a wonderful job of "letting the outside (which we love) in"! I am thankful that we added the transome windows as it opened up the room all the more. The deck size they recommended is smaller then we would have liked but in our case our space was limited anyway. Thank you Four Seasons!

I was not able to get on Google to tell Bee Window what a good worker Sean was. He did excellent work, worked efficiently, was clean, and was a great worker. I know he is new to the company, but I would like to let them know how good he was.

Since my windows were installed, I noticed that they started steaming up only on the outside and nobody from Bee Window can explain why that is happening. My old wooden ones did not do that.
