Lack of communication… almost 6 months to get my project started… waiting in silence for MOST of that time…until I said that I no longer wanted to work with you… I wasn’t ALLOWED to cancel because of the 3 day window… even though YOU couldn’t provide the necessary service/ product. Installers cracked one of my marble ledges. It was replaced with a brand new ledge, but that took about six or seven weeks partially due to the holidays, but that’s why I didn’t give it a 10 I am very happy with the actual windows.
