Entire experience from sales to installation was pleasant. Salesperson was informative but not overbearing. Salesperson worked with to design perfect package for our first set of replacement windows.
Installation team was fantastic, friendly, professional, provide every level of service we were told about by salesperson.

Answered my questions. Came back to make adjustments to my liking.

Work was done on time, the sales manager communicated the work flow step by step, very professional in the way the work was performed and communicated!

From start to finish they were great. The salesman Josh was honest and upfront. The price was VERY fair, GREAT selection to pick from. FHIA kept in touch with me to inform me of delivery/install. (which was quick) The install crew did a great job and were very courteous. Also had GREAT financing available.

When doing counter tops my dry walls in kitchen was damaged.. I asked if it could be fixed... it was said they don't do that...so I have to get it fix

The two installers were fantastic. Did not make a mess removed all the old windows and whatever.
They cleaned everything up. They’re caulking job was fantastic superior.
You don’t ever wanna lose those two gentlemen great fabulous meticulous installers.
