Entire process was very smooth. We set up a time, had our consultation, scheduled a date which ended up able to be advanced, project was done in a day, and it looks great.

The quality of the windows and workmanship is good. The people are very respectful and knowledgable from the field personnel to the office personnel. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new windows.

They did a get job and were quick

We got estimates from a few companies. However when Mike Mele from Renuity came he was friendly, explained the product, process and answered our questions. He worked with our budget and understood we were on a fixed income. He showed us alternatives of what we had selected and we were able to agree on what we thought was affordable for us.
The installer, John showed up on time and worked tirelessly even through a few obstacles and worked thru the evening to complete. He walked us through using the shower.

Overall the installation was good however minor damages were done to my residence. The site manager did provide resolution.
