Windows installed in Dec 2024, 2 broken frames and a screen with a whole and no replacement yet. They didn't even tell me about what I found took pictures and let them know but still no action to replace. Bad service

They were very professional and courteous, they moved and replaced the furniture and cleaned all of their debris.
