Overall, I feel most of the process was seamless. The days of installation were a bit stressful, but was taken care of by the project manager in the end. The installers were all very polite and worked very hard to install my windows. They also did a really great job returning to repair any areas I was not happy with.

Positive experience all around from the initial consultation with the sales rep through quality installation of the windows. Everyone we had interacted with had been polite and professional.

When MaxHome did our master bath they did from ceiling to floor which is why we called them to do our guest bathroom, however, you no longer do the ceiling, bath vent, sheetrock repair or crown molding. The sheetrock behind our vanity was in very bad condition and ya'll wanted to put the new vanity over it which was unacceptable to us so we had to hire a sheetrock contractor to fix it before you installed the new vanity and we still have to hire an electrician to install the bath vent and new light fixture and a contractor to install the crown molding.

I'm likely to recommend mainly because even if you have a discrepancy with any portion of the installation, they will fix it change it or ultimately replace it.

The only improvement in the sales, product, and installation of the windows is if everything were free. All stages of the process were handled by professionals. The employees were able to achieve our goals while maintaining a friendly demeanor. The installed product reflects the plan set forth in the first meeting with your man in sales.

I know there’s other companies out there, but this one is backed by Home Depot, which that is definitely a company I trust.
