I was shocked at the. Mount of cleaning I had to do after the work was completed. Other workers that I have hired in Florida leave my home as clean, if not cleaner, as when they entered. I am still disappointed in the molding at the end of the upper cabinet. The excuse was, “Then there would be rare wood showing. Simple solution, cover the raw wood. There were (still is a gap) gaps between the molding and the cabinet, rather than fitting it snugly, it was caulked. The bumpers on a pull out shelf could not go beyond the hinge, rather than moving the hinge and replacing the doors would, the bumpers on the glides were removed. For the amount that this project cost, I did expect almost perfection.

They went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied with the work and my new door which looks great. Also, Luis the supervisor made it appoint to follow up and make sure that everything was to my satisfaction.

I love my new windows!! Everything went great with the installation and even before installation, I had requested that one of the windows be double-hung, and they accommodated at no extra cost, no problem! The windows look beautiful and I am so happy knowing they are hurricane impact resistant.
