Entire experience from sales to installation was pleasant. Salesperson was informative but not overbearing. Salesperson worked with to design perfect package for our first set of replacement windows.
Installation team was fantastic, friendly, professional, provide every level of service we were told about by salesperson.

Work was done on time, the sales manager communicated the work flow step by step, very professional in the way the work was performed and communicated!

When doing counter tops my dry walls in kitchen was damaged.. I asked if it could be fixed... it was said they don't do that...so I have to get it fix

Yes, I am very happy with the windows and the install happen quicker then I was originally quoted. There was an issue with one window, and it was replaced right away.
