The crew of 3 men did a great job and installed 6 windows completely in 5.5 hours including the clean-up. They installed a dust barrier at the work area and floor. Thanks!

Communication was an issue, non english speaking installers and homeowners do not speak spanish. After the major job was completed, the final wrap up was not appear to be a priority for the company. Attention to detail was missing. The windows had missing screws and a window latch was inoperable. These were items in the company's control and they were overlooked.

I love the fact that the technicians cover all furniture and floors. This process is less clean up for me as a homeowner.
They clean up all debris after the windows are installed.

They are very friendly, and they came in early at 9 o'clock and started working right away, not wasting time. I had seven windows, and one was missing, but they finished it around 1:00 pm or 1:15 pm, and they were done. They did a great job, and I looked at everything, and they covered everything with plastic so it wouldn't get dusty. They went above and beyond and took down my blinds and put them back up. I am in my 70s, and they put them back up, which worked well, and I am very happy. They reinstalled my alarm sensors and put it back up. They went the extra mile; appreciate them. Francisco and Carlos were the leader, and Sebastian was the manager. There were three crew leaders. Elio and Jefferson were the other two workers. They were also excellent, and in addition, there were two others, Ivan and Jesus M. They took down all the old windows and took the garbage out; they did everything.
