I didn't have any problems with them they did what they said they would do. The only problem was I asked for some information that I didn't get. I asked for a list of the materials used and they would not provide that for me.

Doing a water test to determine where the water is entering may locate the issue. Also checking your roof vents, flashing, chimney, gutters and downspouts
