Life is a journey.......and the paths we choose are not always the ones we end up pursuing. Such is the unique story of Euro Design|Build|Remodel and its owners, Melinda and Seval Dzinic. Little did they know that when they set out to improve the quality of life for those migrating refugees from Bosnia and Croatia, immediately after the war between Serbia and the other dividing Republics of Yugoslavia, it would be their own lives that would be changed forever and their dreams fulfilled.It is true, the real purpose for creating the Euro Companies was to provide jobs to these amazing, displaced, and talented craftsmen, and the opportunity for them to make a living while using their well-mastered skills and talents. Seval Dzinic, a Geo-mining engineer by degree from the university of Tuzla, Bosnia and Melinda Dzinic, a very successful dental professional, who were changing people's lives by changing their smiles and along with it, their self-esteem, found themselves in a unique situation. Although their goal was to pursue these chosen careers until the day they both retired, after forming the Euro Companies with the above goal in mind, this opportunity came along and the universe changed their direction. It would not be until a few years later that both Melinda and Seval would realize just how much they both loved their jobs.. And how the true gift had been given to them. Doing what you love to do is a gift in itself....
Today, they take pride in making a difference in the lives of the various people they serve by being careful to spend clients money wisely, all while helping them make well-informed, long-reaching investment decisions, when it comes to their home improvement needs. The process is called a Journey for a reason. It is a well-defined journey of the things yet to come - the anticipation and the final delivery of something incredibly well planned and executed. The "journey" is the quality of your remodeling experience with Euro, as we work hard to improve the quality of your life for many years to come.

I'm most impressed with the true craftsmanship that is a rarity these days. Very high quality finishes on everything including specialized finishes on walls, cabinets, flooring.....true old world craftsmanship!

The plan and design that we agreed upon was delivered and executed 1200 % and on time,. The site was kept clean and orderly at all times. The quality was excellent. This is probably my 7th project I have done with Euro Design Build, and the main reason I use them is because of their ownership, and their creativity is superior to most others. The staff is excellent, and you always get a good value for what is provided. I enjoy the company, and all the work they do.

Areas Of Satisfaction - The attention to detail in the design of our new master bathroom was outstanding. The workers were very nice and pleasant and were very caring around our 2 dogs.

We planned an addition and prepared ourselves for problems and disruptions coming with remodeling. But Euro did a fantastic job. The addition blends in smoothly with the rest of the house, and the house looks better after. They made the process so smooth that our life was not disrupted at all (even with a baby napping and children running around). Their workmen were so reliable that my neighbors were envious, but mostly they were skilled and incredibly polite. We definitely recommend Euro!

Construction Quality
Construction Quality - The materials quality is irreproachable. I have seen wood studs sent back to be replaced by better quality ones, even though no one would see them behind sheetrock. Gave me real confidence in the quality of their materials.

Employees & Subcontractors - Their workmen are the best: skilled, reliable, so courteous even my children noticed. We love them!

This began with spending the time with us to listening to what we wanted, but also the final product exceeded our expectations. The remodel was a minimal disruption of our lives due to the professionalism of the crews as well the proficiency that Melinda runs her business. Remodeled Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom, Guest Bathroom, 2 Guest Bedrooms, Study, Entry Area, Removed fake window from previous kitchen remodel and bricked up area, applied stone around doorway between living area and gameroom. They were very professional, always on-time, and always use the same workers. The stone guy does the best work I've ever seen. They will charge more than other contractors, but the quality of the work and the customer service is well worth it. Ann, the executive assistant, is incredible at helping to choose the best products for the project. The owners, Melinda and Seval, are always available by telephone, text, or e-mail and do respond quickly to any concern. It is true concierge service: much better than the last contractor we had. They typically have about a 6 month wait list but the wait is worth it. By the time the project was complete, we knew everyone on the team so well that we felt like part of their family.

I have worked with euro design on several build projects. With each project, my satisfaction is increased because Euro is the most professional and knowledgeable firm that I have ever used. I have used several within the Dallas area and none of them come close to what Euro does in regards to the most current trends and quality. I would recommend that everyone within the Dallas area considering a remodel or build project to speak with Melinda and really consider Euro Design Build. They are the best in the area.

Lead Source - I had read about them in a magazine within the Dallas area. I'd heard about them for years, and thought I couldn't afford them. When Melinda came on site, she is reasonably priced, especially for the quality that I received.
