Jon's lifelong commitment to his craft and passion made him a natural in the painting trade, and has led him to strike off on his own, becoming one of Canada's Top Painting & Decorating Companies for 7 years in a row, as voted by Homestars. Since then, Jon has grown Encore with an all-star team of enthusiastic managers and talented painters who all share the same commitment to excellence and take pride in their work, every day. Just behind the valve handle there is a "packing nut" that sucures the shut off valve into the body of the unit. Take a cresent wrench and tighten up that nut and this should stop that leak. No need t ... read more
