Our home went from drab & dated, to open, light, and elegant. Throughout, there are some very special touches - light fixtures, drawer pulls and a fabulous fireplace mantle - that make us smile every day!

They kept us informed step by step and were very easy to work with throughout the project.

Downsides - contract stated project to take 6 weeks worst case. Walk through was at 10 weeks. Project still not complete. As of 9/27/25 we are still waiting for one last piece to be installed. Subcontractors had too many redo's. To get it right, DreamMaker sent their own people to fix plumbing, painting and flooring issues. Upsides - Our initial consultation and design meetings were excellent - friendly and knowledgeable staff. When project was complete, the quality was excellent. Our main interface, Demetrios Veal - was outstanding and a pleasure to work with. Final cleanup was outstanding.

Clean - DreamMaker employees - yes. Subcontractors - not always.

Results were beautiful.

Helpful throughout the entire process. Love the new shower.

Better communication from the team. Things went very well at the beginning but once it came down to the odds and ends the team would tell me that things would be completed on a certain day and then not show up. I had to call or text many times to ask (or remind) them when things would be completed.

No Trust with owners/managers. Poor business practices, underdelivered on many aspects of the contract. Company put our lives in risk with a gas leak and didn’t deliver what they said they would do. Employees don’t respect management and it was evident they were unhappy and rude to us. Very disappointed with entire process and would never recommend them.

Our remodel project journey was made remarkably smooth thanks to the incredible team assigned to our project. From the beginning, their professionalism, creativity, and dedication shone through, leaving us with an outcome that exceeded all expectations.

You know they will do their best to remodel to your bath/kitchen to look and feel well worth it.

The quality of the work and the expertise of the design.

I have been through a kitchen and bath remodel before…..so I did know what to expect and how to plan since I knew we were going to live in the property during the entire remodel. DreamMaker made this process a lot easier than we expected. Our kitchen and bathroom remodel turned out better than we could imagine. We love it and enjoy it every day.

I enjoyed my association with Dream Maker and each employee I met from the Colvin family. I worked closest with Jeremy and was truly impressed with his kindness and professionalism.. Both Amy and Lynn were my closest contacts and I can’t say enough about them. Mark, Todd and Shaun were the labor team that produced the excellent quality work that now is a beautiful and safe environment for which I strove. I without reservation would completely endorse this group to address your family’s needs.

Dreammaker did a great job from start to finish. They help you through the design which is incredibly beneficial. You likely pay a slightly higher premium than a more traditional solo general contractor but, they take a lot of stress away by organizing the whole project. I would recommend them to my friends who want the job done clean, correctly and in a very time efficient manor.

Dream Maker is a very professional and capable team. I was very satisfied with their work in remodeling two of our bathrooms, and appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to customer service throughout the process.
