I would highly recommend them because I didn’t have to go to all stores to pick out anything everything was right in their showroom and that was a big plus and their designer was so helpful.

We would very definitely recommend DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Reno to friends and family. Our overall experience was Excellent. They were very professional in all our interactions and very responsive and helpful to any concerns we experienced during the remodeling. We would certainly look to them for any future remodeling needs.

After being blown off by another contractor for over a year, we were thrilled with the attentiveness of DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen. From the first meeting with Shaun, to the design meeting, budgeting process, project start, all the way to the final walk through, we were always in communication. Our designer, Stephanie, tapped in to our vision of our dream bathroom and presented just enough options so as not to overwhelm. For an indecisive person like me, that was so much better than visiting the tile warehouse and being asked to make a selection from the thousands of options. Morgan and, especially Demetrius, were fantastic at keeping us informed on the day-to-day progress, challenges (yes, we had some), solutions and timelines. The subs were all highly skilled and professional. Our home was respected and left cleaner than before we started. We now have our dream bathroom, and I can honestly say it is the most beautiful room in our house.

Staff is flexible, easy to work with, open to input and experienced

Charles was great in keeping us informed on what was going on. He also did a fair amount of the work and was very careful about not making a mess. And did a great job in everything he did

The team works as a family on every aspect from design plans, to schedules, to having dim et one at the house for other vendors when we were away. We literally trusted Cody, the contractor, and Rachel, our designer, with the key to our home
Our home went from drab & dated, to open, light, and elegant. Throughout, there are some very special touches - light fixtures, drawer pulls and a fabulous fireplace mantle - that make us smile every day!

They kept us informed step by step and were very easy to work with throughout the project.

It was a very smooth process

The team was very professional and did excellent work.

We already have and I believe one of them is already underway. :-)

Our DreamMaker team offered a unique combination of technical skill, design excellence, and genuine care for the customer. From initial planning through final walkthrough, their attention to detail and responsiveness made a complex remodel feel manageable and worthwhile. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others seeking high-quality, customer-focused renovation work.

Our construction team was friendly, worked endlessly and remodel was completed on time,

They did an awesome job. I would recommend them. I am discussing additional work with them.

They did a wonderful job. It turned out just as I imagined

All were good at communication, being on time, and doing what they promised to do.

Downsides - contract stated project to take 6 weeks worst case. Walk through was at 10 weeks. Project still not complete. As of 9/27/25 we are still waiting for one last piece to be installed. Subcontractors had too many redo's. To get it right, DreamMaker sent their own people to fix plumbing, painting and flooring issues. Upsides - Our initial consultation and design meetings were excellent - friendly and knowledgeable staff. When project was complete, the quality was excellent. Our main interface, Demetrios Veal - was outstanding and a pleasure to work with. Final cleanup was outstanding.

Clean

Clean - DreamMaker employees - yes. Subcontractors - not always.

Results were beautiful.

Helpful throughout the entire process. Love the new shower.

Better communication from the team. Things went very well at the beginning but once it came down to the odds and ends the team would tell me that things would be completed on a certain day and then not show up. I had to call or text many times to ask (or remind) them when things would be completed.

I'm very pleased with the design, the workmanship and the results

No Trust with owners/managers. Poor business practices, underdelivered on many aspects of the contract. Company put our lives in risk with a gas leak and didn’t deliver what they said they would do. Employees don’t respect management and it was evident they were unhappy and rude to us. Very disappointed with entire process and would never recommend them.

Our remodel project journey was made remarkably smooth thanks to the incredible team assigned to our project. From the beginning, their professionalism, creativity, and dedication shone through, leaving us with an outcome that exceeded all expectations.

You know they will do their best to remodel to your bath/kitchen to look and feel well worth it.

The quality of the work and the expertise of the design.

I have been through a kitchen and bath remodel before…..so I did know what to expect and how to plan since I knew we were going to live in the property during the entire remodel. DreamMaker made this process a lot easier than we expected. Our kitchen and bathroom remodel turned out better than we could imagine. We love it and enjoy it every day.

I enjoyed my association with Dream Maker and each employee I met from the Colvin family. I worked closest with Jeremy and was truly impressed with his kindness and professionalism.. Both Amy and Lynn were my closest contacts and I can’t say enough about them. Mark, Todd and Shaun were the labor team that produced the excellent quality work that now is a beautiful and safe environment for which I strove. I without reservation would completely endorse this group to address your family’s needs.

Dreammaker did a great job from start to finish. They help you through the design which is incredibly beneficial. You likely pay a slightly higher premium than a more traditional solo general contractor but, they take a lot of stress away by organizing the whole project. I would recommend them to my friends who want the job done clean, correctly and in a very time efficient manor.

Dream Maker is a very professional and capable team. I was very satisfied with their work in remodeling two of our bathrooms, and appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to customer service throughout the process.

I think the owner had too much of a hand in the decision of design items.

From design to execution staff were very professional. They worked with our schedule and were responsive to our concerns.

Very professional, knowledgeable, congenial. Easy to work with and communicate with. Excellent work by sub-contractors. A pleasure to work with them all and would highly recommend DreamMaker to anyone. Thoroughly pleased with our new bathroom!

Have already recommended to friends and family to contact Dream Maker if there is any work they need done

Took double the projected time to finish the work. Most of the reworks are due to lack of coordination with sub-contractors and quality of finish work. 6 drawer cabinet fronts and 5 cabinet doors needed to be replaced due to incorrect hardware were mounted. Walls were painted before the wall textures were done. Gap fillers were not complete. Under cabinets were not finished. Electricals were not done correct. All these problems took extra time and even now few finishing wood pieces are still missing. We got so tired of delay, delay, and more delay and we decided to live with what we got to the point. Also the change change order fees were randomly applied, meaning they don't know how to charge work change order. Luckily I've done few remodels in the past and I ordered them to rework the charges.
Also the designer who measured the space missed many measurement and the carpenters who installed had very difficulty to fit everything properly. If a customer need to micromanage their work I can not recommend them unless you are willing to keep an eye on their work.

We are thrilled with the outcome of our renovation and will recommend Dreammakers to friends. Our only caveats to friends will be that dreammakers is on the expensive end and that some small details of the plan may get lost between the design and the implementation. Even so, we’d still choose dreammakers again if we had it to do over.

We loved the entire process from their first visit to our home to our visits to their shop. We loved seeing the samples of materials to help us visualize what our design would look like. We love our bathroom! We would highly recommend them.

We are so happy to have met Shawn and Dawn and to work with them and their team at DreamMaker on our home remodeling project. From planning and designing to construction and finishing they were with us every step of the project. Always communicating with us and delivered a quality product. We appreciate that they are genuinely focused on providing superior customer service. Thank You DreamMaker of Reno!

Professional & Organized

Professional & Organized - The DreamMaker team is very professional and organized which made us feel confident about selecting them for our project.

Recognized Excellence

Recognized Excellence - Shawn, Dawn, Mark and Steve are exceptional and we are so grateful that they worked on our project.

Easy to work with! Everything turned out just how I wanted.

Areas Of Satisfaction

Areas Of Satisfaction - We both knew what the final would look like to a certain extent, but when all was done, this looks so much more than that initial expectation.

Bathroom turned out great.

Overall a good experience from design to final walkthrough. We were hesitant to do a large project by ourselves and DreamMaker helped us build a beautiful master bathroom. It was definitely more expensive than w the owner-built approach, but in the end it was worth it. We had no major problems and the project was completed ahead of schedule!

Pleasure to work with, no scheduling issues and produced a quality product!

Overall our experience was very positive and we would use Dream Maker again.

They did a beautiful job on my kitchen. They coordinated well with other subcontractors, so it was very easy.

They did a fantastic job and we get so many compliments on our beautiful bathroom. I am still the talk of the neighborhood when they hoisted a bathtub with a crane onto the second floor balcony. It was an incredible sight. This project took a lot longer than expected however we also understood the timing were not in their favor regarding the pandemic COVID19.

We had DreamMaker do a major remodel to our master bathroom and closet, basically gutting everything down to studs and subfloor, and installing new sinks, countertops, cabinetry, bath, shower, flooring, lighting, electrical, and plumbing. Their expert design services were key in helping us achieve the 5-star bathroom we wanted. They employed high-quality materials and workmanship with an exceptional eye for detail. Their entire team was very collaborative with us and each other to ensure our satisfaction throughout the project, and they were diligent right to the very end. We highly recommend DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Reno.

I would not hesitate to recommend DreamMakers to anyone. It is a good company and the employees are very skilled at their jobs.

DreamMaker was professional and did everything they could to make any problems disappear.

I would only recommend with precautions regarding communication and timeliness.

A very professional organization from design through actual construction. They were very responsive throughout the project and managed all successfully managed all aspects of the project despite a difficult Covid-19 backdrop.

I was overwhelmed with the prospect of a total master bath remodel. Our fifty year old bathroom had served us well, but was starting to fall apart. I’d been kicking the can for several years because I was dreading the project. I had no idea where to begin, and had heard so many horror stories about remodeling that I didn’t know who I could trust. I saw a recommendation for DreamMaker on social media and checked them out. Their website was very informative, and made me feel like it might be just what I was looking for. My initial meeting with the sales/design team went well. They answered all of my questions and gave me the courage to finally move forward with the project.
