Communication - I like that we can communicate using email, as well as phone. One reason email is my preference is because I have information in print and can use that to double-check my memory of what we may have talked about in a meeting -- plus it is available beyond office hours.

Selections Process - David is very orderly and organized, has good suggestions for what looks good, knows what products are acceptable or appropriate for a surface, and in general is good help when the customer is not familiar with the composition of various materials.

Original Design - Yes, everything came out just as planned.

Dust & Dirt Control

Dust & Dirt Control - Cardboard and fabric were put down from the entry to the house to the entry to the bathroom. A couch was moved to give more room to bring in items needed. Ivan made sure it was replaced exactly where it had been after he finished the project.

Site Security

Site Security - I like that they are willing to put a temporary auto lock on my front door deadbolt that lets them and me just put in a code, enter, and the door automatically locks.

Construction Quality

Construction Quality - As with my previous bathroom project, both the workmanship and the quality of materials are topnotch.

Schedule

Schedule - The worker (Ivan) let me know when he would be at my house (and he was very prompt) and when he would be leaving. Because we had the auto-lock on the door, I did not need to be in the house at either of those times (and sometimes my schedule was such that I was not here all the time he was in the house). I like the fact that the materials for a job are ready to go when the project is started. One of the things I tell those I talk with is that we will not hear "this XX is on order and won't be here for two weeks" type of comments. The workers are prepared to work steadily until the project is completed. I believe that is a good selling point for this business.

Problem Resolution - I don't believe we had any problems.

Value

Value - I've mentioned to those to whom I've recommended this business that the cost probably is higher than other remodelers (I don't really know, since I did not get any quotes from anyone else), the quality of materials and the quality of the work means we will not need to call in someone to "fix" something that wasn't done quite right or the materials used turned out not to be sustainable, etc. What this company does is "built to last." They don't cut corners.

Post-job Clean up

Post-job Clean up - The workers who have been in the house (Ivan and Andrew) were careful to leave the house as if they were never there. Everything in the bathroom that had the remodel was completely clean, and the other part of the house showed no signs anyone had been in the house.

Easier than Expected

Easier than Expected - I responded "yes," but since I've worked with you before and knew it would be easy, and it was. The survey needs another option in the yes-no scale for repeat customers who already expected it to be as easy as it was.

Lead Source - I came across a notice (maybe on Facebook, maybe elsewhere) a number of years ago about a free webinar about bath and kitchen remodeling that Dream Makers would be presenting. I signed up, not because I was thinking about anything at that time, but mostly because I like looking at houses and what features they have and thinking about "if I ever decide I want to change something in this house...." Eric did the webinar, and I was impressed with the values, etc. he mentioned, as well as the possibilities he mentioned. Of course, I signed up for his other webinars and made a mental note to keep this company in mind if I ever decided I really did want to do some remodeling. Fortunately, when I hit the point of wanting (and needing) a walk-in tub, I did remember to schedule a "free tour" with Dream Makers of East Georgia. I'm very happy to be a repeat customer!
