Everybody I worked with even the two guys who did the work were great. We had a lot of delays with material that they couldn't control but they stayed on top of things and communicated very well so I appreciated it.

Bathroom remodel involved replacing everything and enlarging the shower. We especially appreciate the suggestions to make the bathroom work better for us as we age. Every part of the remodel process was thoroughly explained, so we knew what to expect and what was expected from us. Floors and carpets leading to the bathroom were well protected throughout the project. Communications about the project's status were excellent. We're very happy with how the bathroom turned out.
Our designer and carpenter were excellent - listened to us, made good suggestions, and followed up on all of our requests. All the staff were responsive and helpful. We are very happy with our kitchen upgrade and our new pantry.
I really appreciated that they worked with my budget, which wasn't as much as I would have liked to have had. They listened to what I wanted and helped me think through choices that would benefit me the most. The final projects in my bathrooms and kitchen created a whole new, welcoming atmosphere in those rooms.

It was nice to have knowledgeable people to help you with the process from the beginning to the completion of the project.
Fast and professional. My only complaint is that the water temperature in my shower is much colder and we failed the city inspection. It seems to be a problem for DreamMaker to get the temperature to meet city regulations.
The people were friendly and tried their best to put we nervous homeowners at ease. The designers were flexible when we realized we needed to make a few "small" changes just before signing the contract. The workmen were professional & sought our input when adjusting the plans for some code requirements that had not been included in the original design. When a few issues remained at the end of our project, Lee went out of his way to make sure they were resolved to our satisfaction - including coming to our home on a Sunday morning with (rarely available) specialists to repair some flooring damage to our complete satisfaction!
Kind people work here, Jason & Matt are quality tradesmen, but the business is over priced as reflected in the lack of planning, process, paperwork, effective communication, and inability to ever complete a milestone. Be aware all milestone payments are due at the START of the work but does not mean they every COMPLETE any of the milestones paid for. Fred - finish the work already. I no longer believe anyone on the team know when the work will be completed.
The whole project was well organized, they kept me informed and the design and execution was great.
The entire process was as easy as can be. Erin was knowledgeable and always prepared. She simplified the selection process by really listening to my ideas and understanding my taste. The renovation was scheduled for 10 days and was completed in 81/2 days. Thank you Sean.

After having a powder room and our kitchen remodeled by DreamMaker a few years ago, we turned to them to remodel two full baths in our upstairs. As with their previous work for us, DreamMaker met or exceeded all our expectations on this recent project. Kami, who was friendly and knowledgeable, provided invaluable assistance in planning the project. Their carpenters, Gerry and Matt, were efficient and did outstanding work. (A couple of nice guys, to boot.) Their attention to detail was particularly notable. One feature of their work, apparently a DreamMaker standard, is that at the end of the day they left the work space as clean and neat as one can expect with projects such as this. Where our input was called for, they clearly presented the choices to be made. Most important, the end result of this project was of the highest quality. Without hesitation or qualification, we would recommend DraamMaker for any work like that they provided for us.
The DreamMaker team was wonderful. Glen was very helpful and knowledgable of the products and trends in design. The team was very efficient and the craftsmanship was exceptional. The attention to detail and to our specifications was also exceptional. I would highly recommend DreamMaker of Orland Park and will use them again for projects in my home.

Very professional in addressing each step they would take, before the process of remodeling would even start. It was easy. We have never dealt with someone who made everything go so smooth and make choices so easy. It was very helpful in the way everything was presented to us. Every time I walk into my new bathrooms, I get this peaceful relaxed feeling of success. We managed to go through a remodel with little to no disruptions to our life, thanks to DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen. Their process was simple, clean, organized and efficient. His workmanship is impeccable and his positive personality is infectious, Even when I asked for minor changes on work that he'd just completed, he kept that smile on his face. I appreciated that. We are really pleased with how smoothly the entire project took to completion. Michael worked hard to keep on schedule and to be flexible with the schedules of others. The quality of workmanship was the best. Michael contracted with a top notch tile person, and also the carpenter was excellent. The painters were very good. The plumbers and the electricians did their work well.

There are a number of qualities we liked about DreamMaker. One of those is that they showed up for work every day; every day! They began the project the week we requested and kept at the job. Another great quality is that they checked in with us often as choices came up concerning where to locate things or the details that made a difference to us as the homeowners. The designer was great to work with. He listened to our ideas and wants, and gave options to set us on the right track. Being able to stay in our home during the remodel was necessary to us, and the workers respected our needs as they completed the project.
We love our kitchen, but it was way to long to be with no kitchen.
