We had DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen of Aiken remodel our kitchen with custom cabinetry and granite countertops.
From start to finish JD Norris and his team of professionals did an outstanding job. Aside from providing us with top quality cabinetry their work ethic and professionalism are unsurpassed.
From the design phase to completion they were very detail oriented, helpful and professional while at the same time treating you like you were family.
We were out of town during part of the renovation and had no reservations about giving them access to our home.
JD and Bill were very helpful during the design phase They quickly understood what we were looking for and helped us make our dream kitchen a reality.
We are 110 percent satisfied with our new kitchen
I’d give them 6 stars if I could
They are an excellent company to work with.
Additional Comments - I wish we had more bathrooms for them to do. They are absolutely the best company to work with. They are a family business, and they are honest and reliable.
After trying many small contractors and side job guys, DreamMaker of Orland Park was by far my best experience!
Recognized Excellence - Bridger was excellent to work with and was very professional. The tile contractor had excellent skills.
I am likely to recommend DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Tyler to a friend because they did an excellent job, they were very detailed, and they were on time.
Recognized Excellence - I would like to recognize Mike and Ralph the carpenters for their exceptional service.
We highly recommend DreamMaker to anyone wanting a professional remodel job. Rick and his team worked hard to make sure everything was just as we wanted. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the job they did.
I can't say enough good things about DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of East Georgia. They did a great job!
Recognized Excellence - David, Eric, and the entire team were great to work with.
Lead Source - I heard about DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of East Georgia online.
Additional Comments - I couldn't be more pleased with the results. They were great to work with!
We are very pleased with the work.
BUYER/CONSUMER BEWARE: DreamMaker became our nightmare. We went in to get a 35K kitchen remodel designed and done. By the time they were done with the "add-ons" and extras that the designer did not budget for, we were left with a bill of 52K and thousands above the final payoff.
They broken their contract in July when they said they would not start our project until October. The begged for understanding, but said they'd signed so many contracts that they needed 4 crews, not 1, doing installation. So they keep signing contracts, knowing they can't fulfill them on the due date.
By the time that October rolled around, we had been infected with Covid on 9/22 - 9/24. We were in the middle of moving back into our old house; told them we did not have the money; we were sick; didn't want them in the house; and needed a kitchen.
Their response was to waive a contract at us; come into our home against our will or threaten us with their contract; and didn't care about our Covid infections, they'd all been vaccinated. (So had we, 4 times...still got it.). The designer insisted that they HAD to start and HAD to take over an entire room in our house to store their items (not in contract). Then it turned out that the designer had not even ordered the quartz counter tops. They didn't have all of the parts; they didn't need to start. Then they weren't cut correctly because the designer gave them the wrong specs.
That lead to another 3-week delay, with a plywood counter; cooktop; oven; and dishwashing in the bathtub. The 2-week install took 6 weeks. Part of this was because their help would never show up, so you had 1 guy installing cabinets, not 2. More delays.
We took out a loan and borrowed money to pay for this. But they never could start on time, so the funds were eaten up by other demands that they well knew we were facing. And we told them not to start. So far, they have been paid over 35K on this, and they still want to put a mechanical lien on our home. They also think that we have 3K a week to give them.
The cabinet installer/owner who broke our kitchen wall and said it was their fault and that they would pay for the expensive, special-order piece for the wall claimed they would take care of it. We would not be charged. We have been; they refuse to take it off the bill; and they refuse to itemize in anyway the thousands of dollars in add-ons.
One day the electricaian they had here that day, nearly got into a fist fight with the countertop guy. They don't get along. Eric, one of the owners came and calmed them down. I about called the police and had them hauled out of my home. Not real professional behavior.
Eric also installed the shelf under the sink that collapsed because it was resting on one small peg and THE GAS LINE. Photos attached. Curt, the owner and general manager, refuses to discuss the broken wall; broken cookware; or broken contract.
In the end, it became the HUGELY overpriced "Marie-Antoinette" kitchen. It's that overdone. And they sold this all to my spouse who is over 65 and disabled. Now that we need some understanding and time to meet the contract, Curt has decided to refer us for a mechanical lien, even though we paid him $600 this month. They are getting paid.
I found DreamMaker to be: overpriced; overblown; overrated; and just not responsible, professional people like we'd been lead to believe. It turned out to be an expensive disappointment where they can break the contract, but you can't. Once they have your downpayment, you're stuck. Then they sent us to some loan company called LightStream who have also been a nightmare to work with. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMER.
No remodel is worth this money or aggravation. I do not recommend this business. In fact, I've written them up to the State for consumer fraud.
I highly suggest to shop elsewhere. Nobody deserves this.
Caroline and Kevin were terrific to work with. From initial contact to job completion, we had great communication and the quality of work was superb.
Selections Process - Caroline listened closely to our ideas and worked to accommodate them into the overall design. Even at the very end, Kevin went out of his way to fix an issue and find a replacement part when we didn't like the one that was chosen.
Recognized Excellence - Kevin and Caroline were a terrific team to work with. Caroline was very easy to work with for the design and Kevin made everything at the job site run smoothly.
Additional Comments - We went with Dreammaker because of their excellent communication upon initial contact. We inquired with many other companies but they were all not very responsive. Dreammaker immediately responded to our inquiry and had us headed down the path to our completed bathroom.
Of course! I would not dream that f going elsewhere. Especially I would request my lead design and project manager Tiffany and Ryan. What a great pair. They worked well together and made the process of my remodel smooth, on time and professional. I actually lived in my home so u can imagine that it took some planning as I hade all bathrooms re modeled and all Floors replaced :)
I would call them again should I need any more work. Would not go anywhere else. Worth every penny I spent.
Very professional group with Christian standards: not uneasy about leaving them unattended in my home.
I would not hesitate to recommend DreamMakers to anyone. It is a good company and the employees are very skilled at their jobs.
Selections Process - We made the decisions together. If I struggled with an idea, Li helped me through it and gave me several choices, then helped me eliminate the ones that weren’t wise.
Dust & Dirt Control - There was never a mess!!!! They left it SPOTLESS everyday! Thank you!
Additional Comments - Dream Maker was so professional. They were excellent to work with. I made their job pretty tough with the changes I wanted made, but they were gracious and accommodating. I got exactly what I wanted. I am SO happy with how my master bathroom, bedroom, and hall turned out. A million thanks dear friends.
They did everything they said they would do when they said they would do it, there were no surprises, and I’m thrilled with the result
The company was very easy to work with. Shannon M came up with a lovely design for our master bathroom, and Evan did a fabulous job making the project happen. We would definitely recommend Dream Maker to others.
The entire process from start to finish was flawless. Great communication and pride in their work and craftsmanship. Extremely friendly and accommodating to our schedule and needs.
Value - You get what you pay for. DreamMaker was fairly priced in comparison to other contractors. The one thing we really loved is having a project manager like Kevin keeping track of the projects. That alone was worth the price.
Recognized Excellence - Kevin Hansen. He is very kind, honest and respectful. He holds true to his word.
We've already told friends about how pleased we are with Rick and Team's work. They've also told their friends!
This is the second time we used DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen. They remodeled our bathroom and now our kitchen. They are professional and communicate every step of the way. We love both of the remodels they have done for us.
We love our remodel bathroom! We will definitely work with DreamMaker again
The color/style of the main bathroom had to be changed during the project. We did not catch the wrong color when we signed. But Elizabeth was able to get this changed in a timely manner with the vendor and we were not penalized. Another thing that we had mentioned early on, but we failed to get into the signed project, was a built-in footrest in the shower. We decided not to worry about this after the Piedrafina was already installed because we didn't want to delay the project at that point.
I was disappointed that the remodel took twice as long to complete as I was originally told. Part of it was waiting for the countertop but the rest was due to our installer having to be somewhere else to help out so he could not make progress on our job. It would help if they had more staff and I know that it might be an issue right now. It gets quite discouraging to be without a kitchen for more than 6 weeks.
We frequently recommend to others!
Additional Comments - This is the third time I have used Eric Anderson and his team. They make remodeling easy! They always finish work on time and keep the lines of communication open. They keep an organized and clean work space the entire time they are completing the project.
We were extremely pleased with the complete makeover of our master bath by DreamMaker of Ann Arbor.
We were working with a fairly small space and Macy Stutzman, our designer, listened to our ideas regarding what we were looking for in our bathroom remodel. She was very helpful in bringing those ideas together in a functional, very clean and modern looking bath. Her product and color suggestions were spot on.
Our carpenter, Dave Burke, was amazing. He was a jack of all trades and did everything from installing the floor and wall tile, the cabinetry and the fixtures to doing all the trim work and painting the walls and ceiling. Not only was his work meticulous but he made sure everything was cleaned up completely before leaving each night. He also made sure light fixtures, medicine cabinets, towel bars and such were installed where we wanted and at the height we wanted. For the few things Dave couldn't do such as plumbing and electrical, DreamMaker made sure those contractors showed up on time and completed their work up to the same high standards.
What impressed us most about DreamMaker was how very upfront they were with the timeline for our project. We were put on a waitlist just to get in to talk with someone but it was well worth the wait. We were kept informed of where we were on the list and when we did meet with Macy for the first time, she thoroughly explained how the entire process would work from cost and payments to actual construction. After making all of our product selections, we were given a firm price for our project and an estimated start date. While the start date was many months out, the project price remained fixed. Once they did give us a firm start date, they also gave us a completion date. Dave was here every day like clockwork and the entire project was completed right on time, something that is rarely, if ever, seen with any contractor these days.
We would definitely recommend DreamMaker to anyone considering a remodeling project.
Wonderful experience and result, again. This is the third time I’ve used DreamMakers and love their professionalism, quality of work, and ease of working with.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the opportunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen Corporate as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
