Dr Roof scheduled a consultation within a week of me inquiring and were out to do the work a few weeks after that. The crew was on time, polite, and did a wonderful job. Once my old roof was removed, we found more rotted wood than anticipated but the crew repaired all damaged wood with no hesitation, confirmed with me before replacing anything, and had the work done in a day! I’m very impressed.

They were exactly what we were expecting, they came out and inspected the roof, took images and worked with our insurance company after we filed a claim. The job was completed in one day and when they left, the yard was just as clean as when they arrived. There were no surprises with the price they quoted us. They did find some additional damage when they stripped the roof and our insurance covered that additional cost. I highly recommend Dr. Roof to anyone who is looking to have their roof replaced.

Work Done Right - I had a leak and I've had people work on it several times. The first time after Dr.Roof Atlanta came out it leaked after it rained .So they came back and looked at it again.He took a piece off and smoothed it out . He redid the roof and I no longer have problems with it. He was very thorough and knowledgable. I have had several people work on it but it was not corrected. I am very impressed with Dr. Roof because they fixed something that has been giving me problems for a very long time. It would be okay sometimes but when it rained hard and the wind would blow it would leak. But I have not had any problems since Dr.Roof Atlanta came out to fix it the second time. I am very pleased.

Knowledgeable about the issue. The original job was not done correctly - they did not patch the entire area of the roof that was damaged. They were very good about offering to have someone come back and finish the area that was still damaged at no cost, but it did take me following up several times to figure out when someone was going to actually come and do the work.

The first person we encountered with Dr. Roof was Jeff Kimber, who presented his company with thorough explanations of products available, scheduling, concerns for the neighborhood adapting to roofers being in the community, many hours of each day. Jeff has been a constant source of information, when we needed to question him on any matters. Our community will be completing phase 3 of our roof replacements, starting Dec. 2nd, and we look forward to having Hector and his staff, or other qualified supervisors, to complete our work. Dr Roof is a local company that does good work. They are not necessarily the least expensive, but most of the work they do depends on a good installation job. That's worth money, and if something does not go well, Dr Roof will back their work. Good folks.

They were exemplary!

I had three different teams work on my home. One refurbished a 1-in-10 pitch roof. The second removed the old siding on the home and replaced it with Hardiplank Artisan siding. The third team painted the house. The overall effort was overseen and managed by a project manager who also assured quality of the work. The project manager and each of the teams were excellent: professional, hard-working, and produced a quality product on schedule.

Removed the dish and all it's wiring from my roof and patched the holes. Also added an extension to my gutter so the water would run into my yard and not on my patio.
