From the prompt, friendly customer service we received when we first visited the showroom to begin our search for carpet to completion of the installation, all employees associated with the company were very professional and helpful. The sales rep listened and understood exactly the type of product we desired. We were allowed to borrow large samples which were very helpful when determining the color we wanted. The installer was very prompt, professional, and HARD WORKING! We are very pleased with the end results!
