Stay away! You have many other options for home closet systems. This company over promised and under delivered in a big way. Our salesman, Tim Coleman, dropped the ball and forgot to place our order. As a result, we had no closet systems in place upon move-in. You can imagine how stressful and chaotic this was! Rather than trying to make up for his mistake, Tim allowed the installation process to drag on for another month until completion. Not once did Tim call me to apologize, offer any compensation, nor did he marshall all of the company’s assets to expedite the project. Often only one installer was sent out to work. The installers were the only saving grace- they actually did their best, despite incompetent and uncaring leadership.Beware! This company only wants your money! They have no concern for the customer!

Overall a good experience. Project took longer than promised and they often take a few days to respond to emails. Design and layout is excellent. Materials are ok but not as high quality as I would have anticipated for a $4,000+ project.

Tim was very helpful in designing our closets to get the maximum use of the space we have. The closet is much more efficient than it was when it was almost double the size it is now. The installers did a great job and when they were finished, you wouldn't have known they were here. It's nice to work with true professionals.
