At Distinctive Renovations we provide premium home improvement services with set-time appointments, free remodeling consultations, and security-cleared personnel with a minimum of 10 years experience. We are a Lead Safe company, certified to work in your home built before 1978. In addition we hold a current Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor Credential, assuring you that we are fully licensed and insured, and the Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor Qualifier Credential, which allows us to pull a permit for your project if necessary, plus we provide warranties on all projects. Areas Of Satisfaction - We felt very secure leaving for work everyday knowing that our home would be locked when the crew left for any reason. Every person was very respectful of your home, belongings and personal time schedule. We felt we could trust all of the crew to do their job efficiently the first time. We were very impressed with the quality of the subcontractors - clean, friendly and always on time, ready to work every day. We also appreciated that we were able to stay within our budget and have a completion date. There were no "suprises" in the contract either before or after!

After meeting the staff, we chose them because of their willingness to listen and incorporate our ideas into the over all plan, while staying within our budget. We liked that we could review drawings and make changes to fit our needs. We also felt assured that every detail or concern would be addressed a timely manner and it was.

Areas Of Satisfaction - It was a benefit that they were they for us every step of the way. From drawing up our design to final completion. A situation arised in which their needed to be an adjustment made to our medicine cabinet and Case was right there to work with us on a resolution. We were moved from satisfied to loyal!!!

Additional Comments - What we really wanted was to feel a connection with the business that we selected beyond that of being just a client. Case understood our expectations and made us feel very comfortable from the first telephone call to the last visit.
