Plumbing is where we got our start, but we have expanded our services to include heating, air conditioning, electrical, drains, and excavation. Dean’s Home Services has served the Elk River area for over 25 years.

If you get it in writing that your roof installation will not be too heavy for the frame of your home, and a few months later your roof is sinking and the frame is cracking, is the roofer responsible?
