We were very happy with their work. They checked back in with us frequently throughout the project.

It was wonderful. They did good work and have nice workers.

When the salesman came he was great and forthcoming. However, when the first crew came they came in a sister company truck, and that changed my opinion of the company. The guys who did the work did a poor job and another crew along with the Owner, Joel had to come this week to resolve the issues.

They did not address my issues the first time they came out as I thought that had. They did not follow up with me. They were disorganized. I was not pleased with the process of submitting payments. They were not timely in receiving my payment. It took them 2 weeks to approve the transfer.

have a communication issue from office to paperwork provided to workers people on site. they did not get all proper information on scope of the job and as a result had to make several trips to finish the items that were included . example the parts weren't shipped for the vents and then 2 trips were required. this is after i had thoroughly explained everything to both the office and staff that arrived as came equipped to do 2 pipes when 3 were included and brought the wrong material twice. this was discussed in great details with Phil the sale rep and he also made adequate notes on the quote that were overlooked by the office

Quote 100 to check roof and would go towards any repairs. Couldn’t find any problems. Said should put some caulking in certain spots. I told hem go go ahead. Toke him 10 min. Then he charged me 250.00. I will let all my friends and neighbours know how I got ripped off.

I have recommend to my friends already, they have been the best company by far for finding the problem, and getting the job done in a very timely fashion. The two gentleman sent where very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to, they treated us very well, and with a great deal of respect. Thank you to all
