They are so hospitable. They were kind and did absolutely anything they could for us. Anything we asked them to do, there was no hesitation. They are just a very, very good establishment.

The communication wasn't very good. There was a long time between conversations and I wasn't kept up to date on a regular basis.

Think twice before using DC Restoration of San Antonio. Poor quality of work and lack of attention to your needs will cause stress and headaches that you don't need as you try to get your life back to normal after a disaster.

This is not a company you want to work on your home. I had roof damage from a hail storm over a year ago. I had just had my skylights replaced. They were in perfect working order. The contractor who put new skylights in informed me that I had hail damage and needed a new roof. I contacted my insurance company and they hired DC Restoration. Their roofing contractor "JR" was slow to respond and at times would indicate he/they would be coming by with a no show. They did get the roof replaced. I have now had all four of the skylights leak. They came by multiple times and did repair one of them...the other three leaked during our most recent storms. They came out and told the adjustor that it was the fault of the skylights. Again, we had no issues prior to the replacement of the skylights. Under NO circumstance would I use this company for any type of repair. I am considering legal action to remedy the cost of repairing their shotty work.

DC Restoration were contracted by our insurance agency to repair damages to our home following a fire generated by our AC unit. There was a lot of smoke and water damage and a good deal of structural damage that required us to temporarily leave our home. That was a truly scary time for me and my family but DC Restorations quickly relieved our anxieties by walking us through the entire process-from packing out of our household items, to demolition and repairs, and the moving back process. DC Restoration introduced every member of their team in person (Textiles, electronics, etc...) and provided us with their contact information so if we ever had a question we could contact them directly. They also provided emergency services such as electronics used for school and essential work clothes cleaned and back to us within 24 hours. DC Restoration did an absolute wonderful job repairing our home, saving most of our household goods, and getting us moved back in in only a few months. In fact our house is better now than before our tragedy. I highly recommend DC Restorations, they truly live up to their motto of "Turning Chaos into Calm".

Only for restoration, not reconstruction!

The superintendant with DC Restorations was pretty good, but the project manager they hired to do the job to repair the water damage at my house was the worst, especially with call backs and honoring time commitments.

DC Restoration was fantastic. Hopefully I don't have to use them again, but I certainly would if I have to.

Due to lack of attention to detail what should have been a 10 day job took 3 months to complete and over budget to DC restoration.

DC Restoration was always on time, and were very courteous. Always called when they were on the way.
