Although the roof was done phenomenally, the gutters were terrible. There has not been great communication or work with the gutters.

No need for s econd mositure barrier which is what the paper-face is. Just roll out unfaced insualtion atop the existing. Or, as an option, rent a blower and use loose-fill insulation.

Do I have any recourse for a builder not installing gutters as shown in the plan/drawings? Bought 2 1/2 years ago.
