Craig Custom Builders and all of the trades that worked on my project were professional and courteous. The process of designing the space, suggesting materials, transparency of cost estimate and scheduling the job was excellent. We're most satisfied with the completeness and quality of workmanship - our punchlist was VERY small. We ended up with a space that surpassed our expectations. I have no doubt that I would work with them again on any future projects.

From start to finish there were no surprises. Kevin Frascoe delivered on every promise that he made. He made the schedule and adhered to the it. He communicated with me regularly about the whole process. The results were better than I expected.

Budget - He started out with a price, and actually found a way to make it cheaper and checked with an engineer. He saved about 20% of the price, which is significant savings.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I liked the scheduling. And I have to say his paperwork was so detailed and neat. When he did the draw, he had the price and gave me an invoice from time to time like once the job started and when a section of the job was completed. He had every single receipt, a recap page, and a page where fees were. The paperwork was so neat. They had a very organized and responsive office.

Our experience has been great. Kevin is very professional,friendly & experienced. His project manager,Rosemarie is priceless, with her background in design,her advice on materials & color are impeccable. Could not have made all decisions on this project without her input. I would still be deciding on tiles if not for her help. All sub-contractors,fantastic,trustworthy,great work by all!

After a very destructive fire in our 3 year old home we interviewed 4 general contractors to make the repairs.We immediately felt comfortable with owner, Kevin Frasco and were impressed with the pictures of his past projects, and awards. After hiring Craig's we decided since we were going to be out of our home for an extended time due to the necessary repairs, we would add a list of custom changes we had been planning over the next few years. Kevin's sub contractors, were all professional, friendly and courteous. Their attention to detail is wonderful, and shows.Rose Marie, Kevin's assistant, was with me every step to choose tile, paint colors, fixtures, lighting, etc. I soon depended on her expertise, knowledge, and impeccable taste to make the many selections.
