In 2003, Stephen Lentz, an experienced carpenter with fresh business training, started ConstructoGroup. He hoped to build a construction company where the people paying for the work and the people doing the work would be happy; happy during the process, happy at project completion and happy after.

The name Constructo Group was chosen to honour the fact that it takes many people working together to successfully carry out a construction project - a team.

Mission: use our best skill and judgement to produce a built environment which meets your needs and that we are happy to be part of.

Guiding Principles: engage people who want to be doing the work they are doing; provide the autonomy and the support for them to do their best, and be ever mindful that you are making it all possible.
