Compleat Restoration came to our home for a consult. They confirmed that we did in fact have water under our flooring, but they never followed up to help us correct the problem or find a solution. They took photos and were going to discuss it with other team members before reaching back out to us about next steps. We never heard from them again until we got a bill for their consultation. My emails were not returned. It felt like a waste of time and $150 for the consultation fee.
They did a good job, were very responsive, and great to work with.

I called Compleat on a recommendation from our insurance company to help mitigate and restore damages done by a water pipe leaking. The mitigation work was good, however we made NUMEROUS attempts to have someone from the company call us regarding the restoration part of the job and were left hanging.
Compleat Restoration was very professional with efficient & friendly girls doing the job of cleaning our attic & basement after the attached home remodel left plenty of plaster dust covering every surface. The end result was everything we could have hoped for!
The job that they said they were going to do which was remove the mold in the basement, it has not been removed it was a very, very poor job done. The mold was not properly addressed, they did not do the job.
I don't think they're a leader in the business anymore. I don't know why that is.

I am disappointed. I was promised many things and Compleat failed to follow through on almost everything they promised me. It wasn’t until they cleaned up the job site that I found out they weren’t going to follow through on any part of the restoration efforts I was promised.

They came the wrong days even though we had appointments made. One of the guys showed up at his convenience and not ours. They painted over the water damage and never sanded the walls. They left parts of the walls unpainted. They never touched the ceiling. They left it very unprofessional. Another guys appeared to be sick. The service was not there. It was so difficult after the water mitigation and hard to hear back from the Project Manager, no calls, texts, or emails were sent. The office was useless, every time I had a question we never heard back from anyone, we didn't get any calls or emails but they kept telling us they had sent an email to resolve our issues. They came to give us a quote and they quoted one price but then sent us a written quote for $900 higher. They did the water mitigation quickly but they sent my 13-year-old son to shut down the water, threw out good pipes, and cut water pipes that were already shut. No one has given me a call and I got a bill for $1400 for the water mitigation after the project manager told me it was handled by insurance when I called my insurance company even they were confused and it took a week to figure it out. There was a lot of bad communcation.
