We had a great overall experience with Cochran. The sales process was informative and low pressure. The pricing was comparable or better to local competition and felt fair. The quality of work appears to be excellent. Communication was overall good. We will certainly use Cochran Exteriors again in the future should a need arise!

I started my journey with cochran exteriors on March 24 2021 and they didn't finish it until September 29, 2021. The salesman lied to me about cochran crew will be the crew performing the work, come to find out it was out sourced to crew they hired off of home advisor. The roofing crew showed up at my residence at 545 am unannounced. Cochran had no control over the crew, the crew member informed me they didn't work for cochran. The crew destroyed my yard, broke driveway lights, and had to replace all of my gutters accept 3 of them. My skylight wasn't sealed properly and it leaked causing a massive amount of water damage to my bathroom. My bathroom was a demolition site for a whole week, communication was awful between cochran and various outsource contractors. This whole project from start to finish was a nightmare!

I had a fantastic experience with Cochran. The job was clearly communicated and the price I paid is exactly what we initially agreed upon. We’ve received numerous complements on the work they did. We will be using them for any future projects we have.

Very professional and efficient installation of our new roof and gutters. Tore off and replaced entire roof in one day. Took off and replaced gutters and gutter guards in one half day. Reasonably priced compared to 5 other quotes we got for the same roof. Very satisfied with finished project. Highly recommend Cochran Exteriors for roof and gutter installation.

We encountered a small "hiccup" after the roof was installed. Once this was taken care of, we are happy to say that " we have the most beautiful roof, gutters and soffits that we have ever seen"!

Todd walked me through my options for replacing our roof and never tried any pushy sales tactics, which was greatly appreciated and different from the other salesmen I dealt with in this process. He was there through the whole process including checking in at the end to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. The work crew did a great job and my new roof looks great! I'm very pleased with my choice to go with Cochran!

These guys were fantastic! The sales guy, Jeff Hudnall was awesome. He made it very convenient to get all of our paperwork done and in a timely manner. He went out of his way to make his schedule work around mine. The install crew was awesome. They were fast, professional, showed up when they said they would be here, and finished ahead of schedule.

Cochran's staff was very knowledgeable and identified problems that other people had missed in the past. They gave us a top quality roof and we were very pleased with the finished product. I will definitely be calling Cochran again.

I was not pleased with the installation crew or the schedule they kept. The job went on way too long.

Just from my experience I would not but the quality of the work was good. If someone asked if they did a good job I would say yes but you better be standing over them when they are slapping the paint on.

They seem to be taking on more work than they can handle, and the quality was not what I expected.

Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing, down to the smallest detail.

Make sure every item is detailed in the quote, and plan on managing them to complete all that is promised. Not the cheapest either.
