Outstanding service and job quality. Denis Kishchenko was project consultant and Mykhailo Tkachyshyn was project manager...both made sure everything was done as promised. Very pleased with results.

I am unhappy that there was no discussion ahead of time about the type of gutter guards and how they would be installed. I did not realize that they would be pushed up under my roof line and screwed into the gutter. I thought they would only affect the existing gutters. Now I feel the they have impacted my roof and by raising the edge of the shingles my roof will be susceptible to water infiltration. It was difficult to communicate with the installers. Had I known how they would be installed I would have refused. Also, they used black guards when I have white gutters.

They did check and work to my existing solar tubes. The one man used a translator on his phone which helped but it would have been better if someone else weee there to explain the installation ahead of time. Finally, after they left I found damage to my back deck. There are two deep holes in the brand new Tex decking. I don’t know if it was caused by the power equipment used or the screws used on the gutters. The deck was installed less than 2 weeks ago and the Trex material is not easily damaged so there had to be some force used.

Everything went well. Cobex Construction Group was on time and good. I was happy. Everyone was professional.

Prompt and good quality.

Intra company and client communication needs improvement. I was informed the crew or someone would arrive to fix poor quality repairs only to be a no show and cost me 1/2 wages. To their credit I was partially compensated by a reduction in over inflated repair costs beyond the original contracted price.

Daniel was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was thorough in explaining the process and everything that needed to be done and the steps going forward. Junior was also very professional and helpful with the financing.

I like the salesman he gave me the price that I was looking for then they came in and they stripped my roof off and everything was great and then immediately I got a change order for the exact amount almost that the salesman had taken off in discounts so I didn’t gain anything and I felt it was intentional

The team was very helpful and supportive in answering my questions and offering solutions.

Very professional and up to date on any new products available for a great finish product.

The communication for a project so big was not what was promised.

The job was done well, but there was a section of my roof that could have been replaced, but that wasn't offered to me. There are three sections on my roof. The middle section, I found out later, should have been replaced, and I wasn't advised about it.

Roof is still leaking bad and having trouble getting them back out !!!

They did a fantastic job completing my roof in one day. They were here from daylight to dark. The crew that installed the roof worked their tails off!

Wasn't told repair was completed, no final walk thru of what was completed. Knowing that job was not complete, Cobex wanted full payment.

This company was very easy to do business with and completed quality repairs as scheduled.

All involved exceeded at the jobs that they did--sales, explanations inspections, workers adhered to the schedule and picked up so well that one would not know anything was done. I was impressed by the professionalism shown by everyone.
