I would recommend them a friend because they were excellent. They had great communication. They were excellent from start to finish.

We got a wonderful product. The crew was fast and efficient but we sometimes received conflicting information on the schedule from the project manager and the on site workers. The Project Manager ultimately proved to be accurate but it was a little confusing at times between that and the info from the folks on site.

The company sucks. Their management does not exist.

I called to get an estimate of work that needed to be done and Cobex had a person come out and examine damage that needed to be done. The work was done very thoroughly and professionally in a short time period. Bob and I are very happy with the work done and we enjoyed meeting the workers.

Quality of workmanship was a factor in my rating

They made promises and they don’t follow through. At first, the salesperson was really helpful and seems knowledgable, saying all the right things we want to hear such as “ if we break something, we will replace it” that’s why I chose Cobex. They broke one of my path lights, they replaced it alright but it’s not the same so I have to change the rest of my path lights to match it. Also, when I found out that they are going to park their dumpster in my driveway, I asked the sales manager to not park it in my DW because it’s only 2 years old and I don’t want it to crack, well, he tried to nickel and dime me saying that if they park in the street which is only 15 feet away, I will be charged extra almost 2k, so I just told him that I will hold Cobex responsible if something happens to my DW. Well, first day, the dumpster gouged my driveway because the tires were flat and the rim gouged it. Then the project manager had a nerve to say that it’s was already there.

That was only day one.

I already did, I told my sister and she is getting her roof done next week.

It's really hard to get a recommendation when you crash a truck into something and wait until being asked about it to admit it.

I thought the whole sales to completion project was very thorough and clear. Everyone at Cobex was very easy to get information from and professional. Everyone that I worked with made the process very smooth. I think the roof looks great and was exactly what we wanted.

I am likely to recommend Cobex Construction Group to a friend because the workers were professional!
