The work was done in a timely and professional manner. Photos were taken before, during and after to show the condition and debris in the valleys which was the cause of the leak and roofing effort

After the team said the fixed the leak and left I saw several tiles that had not been put back correctly. Even though I spent a lot of money to have the valleys also cleaned, a lot of debris (broken/cut tile, nails, moss, etc.) had been left in the main valley in front and also at the base. The team had blown a lot of debris into the gutters that resulted in fully clogging up the main downspout. Also, nails and grease were left on my driveway. I had to go out and pick up all the nails so we would not get a flat tire. They also crushed one of my sprinkler lines. I notified your company immediately and was told a cleanup crew would be here the next day. They did not show up and I was not informed until late that day that they would not be arriving until then next day now which resulted in me wasting a full day off. When the one worker arrived, he notified that the downspout was completely clogged with at least three feet of the pipe blocked and he had to remove the entire downspout from the wall to clean it. Also, when it was reinstalled, it looks to be jammed into the gutter and the mounting bracket was never installed back to support it. After he was done, the quality control worker came and had to still work on issues but said the leak was fixed. That was on Tuesday, November 11 which resulted in me having to take another full day off of work. Late Thursday November 13/Early Friday November 14, the same leak that was supposed to have been fixed as well as a larger leak in the same area happened. A new crew came out and worked on it resulting in me having to take another day off (3rd day). On Sunday, November 16, I found a bunch of nails, screws and broken tile that had washed into the gutter in the area that they had worked on in addition to more broken pieces of tile that were trapped in the spot where the valley meets the gutter. I spent a lot of money to have your company not only fix the leak (which was not done the first time) and also to clean the valleys which was not done correctly due to the amount of material that is coming down from them in the rain. After every rain since job was completed, I am still pulling out nails/screws/pieces of broken tile and moss debris from the gutter so the valleys were not cleaned correctly after I paid a lot of money to have them done.

Communication was really good, everyone was really friendly.

When we signed contract for the job, we were told it would start on a particular day. That day came and no one showed up when I called. We weren’t even on the books at that time we were fit in and told it would take between 3 to 4 days and it would be completed before the rain was about to start. That again did not happen. There were days when people didn’t show up or they showed up late and then left the communication between the workers and myself was very limited and I felt like our project was not a priority.

The project was scheduled and completed on the day right before a week of rainy days. It's crucial that the weather was checked by the team and a great timing was considered, or we would encounter a very bad damage to the roof and ceiling in the following days. Great work and quality, we no longer see leakage during the rainy week.

Whenever you have an issue, they are right on top of things. They follow up on any problems you might have.

The people who installed the roof did a good job. I think the person who was supposed to follow up after the roof was done didn't do a good job of that. I still have a lot of supplies that have not been picked up. The man cancelled a couple of times. He was injured one time, and I was in the hospital once. I didn't think they followed up as good as they could have.

Very pleased with the team members from initiate contact to obtain a quote to the final inspection. Cobex jept me appraised with every step, their crews were thorough in each aspect of completing the job and cleaning my property each day.

A patch job which is fine. There was a board that was rotted with an electric line that was kept dangling from the ceiling - kind of odd with no mention. Clean up was done one day later than expected on a Saturday which we were out of town and were unable to have our car removed from the driveway. The car was damaged yet manager states that this was not from workers yet dent not from another vehicle - sad that it is a he said she said situation and now I need to repair my vehicle for unplanned extra work day that we were not at home to “watch” workers

The results of both our outside house painting & deck projects look great. I appreciate you allowing staff to work on quality in a safe manner instead of rushing through the projects we had done. I also appreciated your workmen explaining everything to me when I checked in with them.

I appreciate the flashing job on chimney and bedroom window that was so close to roof.would highly recommend to anyone needed a roof replacement.

The crew that came out to the house to install/repair the roof, were extremely polite, worked hard, and they did an amazing job. Quality Work!!! I don’t want to discuss this, I found the roof itself looks great but I don’t know if there was a nailing inspection? as I’m caulking it doesn’t appear it’s nailed down tight. Was told we passed first inspection, I asked to see what was signed off on never really got an answer. The areas that you added a filler ( bondo so to speak) was just plopped on some areas not even attempt to smooth over. I had a sprinkler electrical line cut under my eaves. Looks like they knew when they cut it? I choose you knowing I was going to pay a little more but was confident I’d get a great job.

Overall a very good experience, regarding work and communication. What was a challenge were the change orders. the first change order i felt was not in good faith as the air conditioner was known to be on the roof. The 1900 charge was excessive and should have been built into the original price. The second change order for a 1/3 of a 1297 sq. foot home was really excessive, 2100. The charge was for board and labor. Also, the color of the single was not what represented to me. You need to show actual color samples v. by email. The email colors are significantly different from the actual color. eg dual gray. I should have been compensated for this error as it was due to Cobex.

A driver picked up a speeding ticket charge to me by the HOA. The company agreed to pay it, no questions asked. I liked the no hassle admission of responsibility. The worksite was left clean and the work done properly it appears. Since it has not rained yet, I can't rate it as a five star since I can't tell if the work was actually done correctly. When spring comes and I have had no leaks I would change the rating to a five star.

The quality of the work was good; the service from the office staff was not the best. When I began the process, I specifically asked for the best service that I could get. Unfortunately, I cannot say that I received that being a customer who paid in cash. Firstly, during the quote preparation process, the sales rep had offered a series of shingles to choose from. Together, we selected a shingle pattern, and the quote was made. An hour later, I was contacted by the sales rep saying that they didn't have the selected shingles and he offered two additional shingles to choose from: both being of similar color. Then another hour passed and the sales rep contacted me again with another excuse saying that the 2nd selected shingle was "non-code" compliant and suggested I'd go with a 3rd option. As a paying customer, i shouldn't have to go through this. The project manager could have been better as well. I always felt that he was too busy and didn't prioritize my project being a smaller project. Lastly, there was a 3rd staff that was texting me during this whole process with additional directions but would never fully explain or respond to my inquiries. During the country review, I was never told I needed to install fire/smoke alarms until after the first review was completed. The service from the office staff was a mess. Being responsible buyer, who spent a large amount of money, It is my responsibility to go elsewhere before committing to Cobex again. It's not all bad though, the two Hispanic guys and the 1 Russian guy did a great job. The cleanup from this crew was immaculate. I appreciated that.

They were so nice and made it super easy with 6 months same as cash. They were very prompt and finished in 1 day. They cleaned up and did an amazing job.

Communication was not good. A week would go by with no text response. The job was supposed to be a week and went almost 5 weeks.

From the moment Julian came into my home I knew I wanted to work with this company. He described everything for me so well, answered all of my questions, and was just very considerate. The demolition crew was outstanding. They were very clean and efficient. Luis and his crew did a phenomenal job with the installation. My neighbors repeatedly let me know how polite everyone was.
