the communications was not very good. I was not given the Boise phone number, Nick or Nate's numbers. The men that did the job on 6/5/2025 worked all day but did finish the job, as Nate called me around 8PM and advised me the ridge vent shingles did not come in as expected. So I expected a call Monday morning from him with a update well I called the office around 1PM and Nate called later and said the material was in and I wanted him to come out to the house on tuesday because I had several things I wanted him to see. Well on tuesday afternoon Nate came by and answered my questions and said his crew would be out around 3-6PM to finish the job. Well the storm hit and no one showed up and no phone call to me as to what happened. Got a call from Nate wednesday around 1pm and he stated that he had just found out my job was not done tuesday afternoon and that his guys would be out wednesday and finish. The crew was out around 3pm and it took them less than 1 hour to finish the job.
So I am upset with lack of communication from Nate and the front office. I did not mind the job being started on thursaday instead of friday, what is ubsetting is the fact no update on the materials, and Me having to reach out to get the update and than no call when the job was not done on the following tuesday.
Nate has been good on answering my questions and has been very profesional when on the job.
I did not think the job would take from 6/5 until 6/11 to do.
The gutter was done on 6/12 as was scheduled, so I knew it would not be done until that date.

Didn't put the venting in they use in there sales presentation on my roof. Nails sticking out & the wood is splintering on all my eaves.
Blew me off for a couple weeks & used we are moving offices as part of the excuse.

I would have preferred to be informed of the delivery of materials and the possibility of trees, shrubs, and narrow driveway interfering with this.

Completed job in a quick, timely and professional manner with no surprises

It was the worst experience I've ever had with any company.

It was good until I seen what someone did to my vent from the hot water heater they put a great big hole in the wood and everything was loose down below and your foreman expect me! To fix some your people did I don't think that's going to happen

Cobex Construction Group was one of the worst experiences I ever had with a company before. It was bad from the beginning of the construction to the end of the construction.

From the beginning of the work with the estimators, they worked with me very well. I was happy with what we agreed to, as well as the quality of the product I wanted. They came through with what I ordered in a timely manner.

The only reason I would not recommend Cobex would be lack of communication with the Project Manager.

In my world what happened with our work with Cobex is called "service recovery". The original work was not delivered as discussed nor as expected. Not only did Cobex agree that the original work wasn't up to par- they dug in, listened to our concerns, surveyed the situation and worked very diligently to make things right. The final product is top-notch and we have rarely (never?) had an experience where things went awry and were so diligently made this right by a company.

All of my contacts with Cobex were friendly, helpful and easy to work with. I look forward to working with Cobex on future projects.

From the moment I called Cobex to set up an appointment I was impressed by how knowledgeable & professional they were. At each stage of the project I was kept updated. When they said they would be at my home at a certain time, they were on time. They worked hard & repected me & my property. My roof is beautiful & they left my property clean.

Project manager needs to reach out to the client in person. Nobody checked the work, although it seemed to be done well, it was not reviewed by the Project Manager.

Your team removed our gutter guards and, though promising they would be put back, and being asked to do so multiple times, they still sit in my yard, not on my gutters.

I already did recommend you to somebody looking at getting a new roof.

The customer service was really good.

All personnel were professional, courteous, respectful of me and my property.

The people were great. Cobex Construction Group did what they said they were going to do and sometimes went above and beyond. Additionally, the prices were decent.
