Clear Choice Custom Decks took care of us and were able to get the approval from the city to get the job done. They took care of everything, including the garbage disposal.

They worked well with the inspector but I do wish they had someone who was here all the time to help better communicate in the language of the crew.

Overall, the deck was good, but the plan wasn't followed as I first described to them. They refunded some purchase price because of that.

They are an excellent company and get back to you right away. They do an excellent job, they are fast, timely, and you can reach them at almost any time of day. They come up with answers immediately. They were very pleasant to work with.

The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable about deck construction. I could have saved $7000 from another company but I was convinced that Clear Choice would be of the highest quality.

I would like to be able to recommend clear choice but unfortunately I can’t. While we do have a deck, it is still not completed a year later. There are issues with the French door that have yet to be corrected. Issues that should have been addressed in the planning phase after talking with the onsite foreman/manager to see if what we wanted was feasible to begin with. There has also been zero communication after the build was over when we reached out to get the door fixed and let the team know there was a small construction issue. Communication seems to be an issue all around.
