I always talk positively to my friends regarding the past windows that were installed by Champion. And I have since, mentioned the current install and how great they look and the professional install, as well as the ease of ordering the windows.

All the staff we dealt with were knowledgeable and informative. All were able to answer our questions.

The upright windows are hard to start opening, then they do not seem to go to the top stop insert, the sliding window opens fine.. There is one window that the caulking is kind of messy. Winter time will tell the story for the quality for the price.

Was told Premium siding, manufactured by Champion. Received contractor quality from local lumber yard. Installation crew was a joke, one guy, and 2 part time helpers that showed up 3 of the 7 days of installation. Wife's Flower bed on side of house was destroyed. And 2 weeks after installation, still waiting for leftovers to be removed.

While the new doors were costly, I think I will be pleased with the results.

They were great in 2014 when they did the majority of my windows and Adam came out and put windows in for me on April 22 great job wasn’t here very long, very professional. I love the results.

It was such a satisfying experience with the sales person. His demonstration of the window efficiency and design was extremely helpful in my decision making.

I took a day off work to be there for the job and they tell me one of the doors was never ordered and it'll be done a different day. Never knew that until they showed up. The workers didn't wear boot protectors, and did not put up a wall. The only reason I knew this should be done is the worker that came to put in the door after being ordered said that's how it's supposed to be done. Also trying to get an answer of my door status was incredibly difficult and would get put off for weeks. 12,000 dollars? Really? That's the quality of service for 12,000 dollars?

My house went from being really cold to comfortable. The crew thought it was hot in the house after changing two windows.
