Perfectly Happy with the whole process
We had windows installed in our old house and they were top quality. We already recommended them to our son, and they just installed a four season room on our new house.
If someone is in need of window replacement I would recommend.
Not 100% happy with windows but all staff I encountered have been helpful

I am 70 years old, I’ve had many projects many construction teens doing work in my homes. And in 70 years this is absolutely the worst. No professionalism, no communication, no response, and not 1 ounce of accountability on champion!!!

Crew did a good job.They were very nice and polite.
The Installation Crew had a system, they were organized and knew their job! They installed 17 (mostly LARGE) Casement Window units in under 7 hours- Installed, trimmed out and cleaned up inside and out!

Product quality failed.
Purchased five double hung windows. Four of the five windows were assembled incorrectly. Confirmed and reported to Champion on day of installation. The ASAP fix will be twelve (12) days later . The same four windows have very poor fit/ finish issues. The interior corners have gaps up to 1/8 inch and are not cut straight. Looks terrible.
The one double hung that was assembled correctly has perfect interior 90° corners that are bonded, no gaps.
I will not purchasing the sixteen windows for the other residence.

My siding looks great
Windows arrived far sooner than anticipated and were installed quickly and professionally. I was a little underwhelmed with the quality of the windows as we are already having difficulty closing one and having some air leak issues at the seams of the double hungs. Overall, I’m happy but a little disappointed in the quality.
I am very happy with Champion and and would recommend them to anyone.
