I like Champion windows
Once the salesman makes the sale he is no longer a part of the process including when I had an issue with timing of installation. The phone system went down and I asked for a service rep to contact me before showing up at the home and nobody did. They just showed up. Since no one was there they just left and I had to reschedule. There were issues with that. I tried to reach out to my salesman and he never responded to me whatsoever. It took me until the end of the day to get in touch with the Ohio branch. It took a while and I wasn't very pleased with that.
The products themselves come second only to the customer service. Appreciated the forthcoming communication. There were two minor mistakes with our order, installers started the process to remedy the issue immediately.

I have already given their name to three people.
They took my storm door and there was damage done on my porch. They said they would fix it, to wait until they contact me again, but I haven't heard back. I told them I wanted to keep my storm door, but they said it would affect the warranty. They recommend that I talk to the salesman about another storm door. I had just had my storm door installed about three or four years ago, and it was a good door.

I had a person come out to measure and helped us to purchase our windows and door. He was excellent. The second person that come out to measure wasn't friendly and told us that he couldn't give us a date for install because we were at the bottom of the tile. When they arrived to my house for the install, they didn't have my door. They sent two different people to my house to measure and one of those people helped me with my order. How was my door missed? I had to work from home for two days. That was frustrating. The installation manager treated me with the worst customer service I have ever encountered. He didn't help me at all. The manager above him did help me get a door the same day. The installation manager is the reason I couldn't give them five stars as far as a recommendation.
They did a wonderful job. The windows look great. The guy that was here worked tirelessly through the hot day, and he got the job done well.
