Where do we start, the entire project has been a disaster. From the salesperson Will lying to us to the initial installers destroying our house. Too many problems to list here.

The initial process was fine. A litttle too much txting and emailing. However, the install is where things went wrong. The installer forgot to caulk some of the windows and have not returned to correct the issue. I have had to call the local office several times to get someone to come out and correct the issue. After spending and entire weekend day at home waiting for someone to fix the issue. Then when we were doing yard work yesterday, we discovered that the installation crew left a whole *** window behind.

Great process

The windows that we received are low quality than the windows that Mark presentation showed us during his presentation. The windows were more efficient regarding heat gain and lost including noise reduction than we received. My pervious Milguard windows were more efficient in reducing noise and heat gained and lose than the Champion windows that we received.

The job has not been completed. I paid in full and I am getting the run around to get 4 caps that did not get installed. Customer service out of Ohio insists they have been sent , twice, but no tracking, and never received. Just send me 4 3/16 caps!

If our concerns and disappointments listed below are taken care of we would highly recommend Champion.

Workers were in n out very quickly, without any short cuts. Even cleaned all windows of any dust and fingerprints.

i don't feel like each window was checked out. there were problems with 2 of them. they had to be reordered

Didn’t finish the installation.

The windows are awesome, but the install is not so much. They came back to look, and I brown trim, so they should have used brown caulking, not white. On the interior, they said they don't touch the interior molding, but they did and pulled it all off. It all has to be redone and repainted, which is not what we were told. I have a bunch of work to do, and at the price I paid, I shouldn't.

Quality product & professional service

Took forever to get the windows they finally got the windows. Measurements were wrong. The workers are great professional, except for the person that did the measurement which is supposed to be an expert other than that it was good time in the manner on the part of the workers installers. They were polite and on time did a good job cleaning up afterwards and protecting everything. seem like the guy that’s doing the measurement was in a hurry. Other than that fine windows are good quality.

At the front end, the sales agent worked to get us the best deal possible and at the back end, our windows and the installation were flawless.

When given dates to install I would have preferred fully committed installer dates before my date options were communicated to me.

Champion's windows and service seemed superior in my judgement. The installation achieved our ultimate goal of a more comfortable home.

Easy payment system. Workers were polite and efficient with a can-do attitude.

It’s not that I’m disappointed with the product. I love our new patio door! It’s just that it’s So expensive! The friends I know can’t afford this. We really can’t either but we just splurged. Also we were kinda stuck. Not many companies make a patio slider with a doggie door in it. So we had very little choice but to go with champions. We are Very Thankful for our new door and to Champions for making this.
