Champion's windows and service seemed superior in my judgement. The installation achieved our ultimate goal of a more comfortable home.
Easy payment system. Workers were polite and efficient with a can-do attitude.
Product is highest quality!
I’ve never worked with more experienced team of professionals. The product is above reproach. Buy the best and you’ll never be sorry.
The quality of the windows and the crew who installed them.
It’s not that I’m disappointed with the product. I love our new patio door! It’s just that it’s So expensive! The friends I know can’t afford this. We really can’t either but we just splurged. Also we were kinda stuck. Not many companies make a patio slider with a doggie door in it. So we had very little choice but to go with champions. We are Very Thankful for our new door and to Champions for making this.
The new slider door is beautiful. However, I had a doggy door built in. It is the smallest one available. I have a small dog. After a day and a half of using it, my little guy could hardly walk and could not jump up onto the couch as he has always done.
The doggy door is too heavy for him to push through and it hurts his back. Jenny was very kind and sympathetic when I called with my concerns. She reached out to her service department workers for ideas to fix the problem. However, nothing was suggested but a few not helpful comments.
Jenny gave me the number of the company that supplies the doggy doors inserts from. They have now passed me on to another company.
I still have no solution to my problem. I am having to limited Andy use of the door for his health and well being. I have to leave the slider open a bit for him to come and go as needed. It’s winter, it’s cold and so my home is cold too. It is only when I have to be gone and he has to stay home that he is using the doggy dog.
I paid almost $9000 for this door. And I’ve really not had help in solving this issue. I feel like Champion should be searching out a solution, not leaving me to do it.
If this can’t be fixed so that Andy can use his doing door, I feel that a new spider without the built in door door should be provided to replace this one. And I’ll figure out what to do for access outside for Andy.
I am being asked to pay$8000 for a front door with startled apt grade door hardware, standard stuff available at any hardware store.
I figure if I bought the same door at Home Depot’s I could buy 10 doors for what champion is asking.
20 years ago I bought a big house new but with no doors. From that experience, I know how to buy and install doors.
Your people showed up after good faith payments totaling over $5500 on my part earned your business but when the installer (who did everything right)
Showed up with the door someone else measured up the rough openings At my 1964 built house and the door frame didn’t extend a 1/2 inch beyond the studs so the thickness of the dry wall would be taken into consideration for best practice s used everyday by those in the home building trades. I am left with a fault to resolve. With no one taking accountability for the this rookie mistake.
Not even $8000 for a basic front door guarantees great results.
I love the windows! Easy to deal with installation.
The quality of the window construction and efficiency of the low e conductivity through the glass.
The quality on the product is very noticeable. However, the workmanship from the installers and their attention to details, is what makes.me the most satisfied!
Everything was great. All went smoothly and we had no issues at all. Very pleased!
Your product exceeded our expectations.
Follow up is non existent. We ordered windows that had squares in them and received windows without squares. I called several times and after being promised the sliders with squares, I never heard back.
Everything went smoothly and customer service was great.
We are happy with the product so far but truly only time will tell the quality of a product.
The doors were way more expensive than the one we had put in the back. That one needed the opening cut larger to fit a standard size door, needed concrete poured for the step and needed to be completely reframed.
Stated ahead of visit and multiple times during visit I wanted this to match our 2019 install but previous project never referenced/reviewed. Was told we could not have double pane windows (only triple pane), and apparently wasn't quoted for trim but never told so.
Lack of trim issue was escalated and took three months to resolve/finally finish the project (and when installers finally made it back out they had not been told the correct materials or scope).
Absolutely would not do another project - a stunningly high price tag for a basic window swap and everything was left unfinished for 3 months while I had to follow up weekly for over a month to get an initial response.
Excellent quality of the sliding glass door. But bad design of the inside handle of the screen. I had to remove it because it would not let the screen open fully and created a large divider in the middle of the glass opening. Looked terrible
Nice people and nice windows
Quick turn around and reasonable price for a quality product.
Craftsmanship and quality of windows. Communication with company.
Installer didn’t show up. Then they left a big mess and windows were surety and screens don’t slide smoothly
Late poor install had to do job twice
Smooth process, great communication!
Effecient, professional service.
Massive chips and damage to trim on exterior and interior.
A real ripoff after one window was destroyed by fire next door. No one knew how to handle the replacement. Customer service was not knowledgeable and corporate office was just plain rude and accused me of trying to get a free window. This was fully covered by insurance and no one knew to handle that. Champion has real customer service issues..
This was our third time buying windows through Champion and all three times we had communication problems. It was obvious to us that the only time we didn’t have problems getting information on the status (ordering, building, receiving, and installation) of our windows, was when Champion wanted money from us. Then and only then, was Champion communicating with us.
I was promised a call from a manager about our order that was not submitted until over a month later and I never heard from Champion until they wanted more money.
I am currently waiting for yet, another promised call concerning some damages from the installation of our windows and am not expecting to hear from them again until they want more money.
I could go on and on.
We love the windows, just not the company or way they operate.
They were very efficient all the way through the process. The windows are lovely. I'm sure I'm going to enjoy them for many years to come.
Great salesman Michael new his stuff . Instailer Mike was even better
Very disappointed the company would not honor coupons or advertised discounts even though one coupon was issued prior to window order or window installation.
They look and work great!
Wrong size Windows. Rude “Joe”- manager. Zero resolution of issues so I hired an attorney. Lots of money lost. Absolutely terrible business!
The exterior of the house was not completed to let the General Contractor trim the windows and the seal wasn’t done properly.
I have tried to add a modification (add grids to a window, but despite one of the people here in portland contacting a person no body has attempted to contact me. The job was done very well but If I cant get a simple thing as finding out it it is possible and the cost of adding a grid, what would the service be if i needed to discuss a warranty problem.
Two year process to get our order correct. We purchased 6 windows and a patio door. They made the windows 4 times and the door twice. Huge waste of resources and then they throw the defective windows out. The windows are subpar and show ware in less then 2 months. Construction done by children in a redneck state
Absolutely great price and they really did a good job. I am happy with the windows. They have a little bit of a green tint to them so you can't see in my home which I absolutely love.
No ID on workers, safety issue. Two screens damaged on delivery/install
expensive, but seem to be worth the expense
I had my siding done and it looks great.
Frankly. I fell like 10,000 is probably too much for 4 small windows.. considering it was 50% off that is like a regular price of 5,000 each.. I should have shopped around.
They do a nice job and the quality of the windows.
Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and helpful. They were focused on my requirements and satisfaction.
Wrong window and another window broke within 24 hours. It's been 8 weeks and still no replacements. Quality failures should be a priority in the factory.
The whole experience on the windows has been terrific. From getting the bid from Jason, talking to Brittney and Jenny on the phone, and Max on the install. Great teamwork!
It has been a horrible experience. I was lied to from the start and then ignored when I had problems with the process.
Their professionalism, working with me on payment expectations, quality of the installers and of the windows.
After promising to install the Windows in 10 weeks, It took 6 months to install
Very expensive. I would recommend but tell them to get a second quote before they decide.
No We were told we would receive a tightly mesh screen and were shown this screen and it was demonstrated to us by the salesman by putting an ink pen through the screen causing a hole. He then rubbed the screen and the hole disappeared.. leaving the screen as it was before he punctured it. The screen in the windows is not the screen we were told we would have in our windows. The screens were
One of the reasons we purchased the windows.
